What if you covered the bud sites as best you can with gift wrap paper right then use a dessert plate, the small ones, for like cupcakes or whatever and start spraying away. ?

When I was a kid, I just sprayed my moms with Eagle 20 and never had this issue. But I guess that's frowned upon these days.
I mean its your body you can do what you want, just want you to know the risks going in. We have all smoked so many pesticides over the years I'm sure it was the majority of bags back in the day.

I used to smoke meth back in the day. So I've built up an immunity to poison. Similar to a Southern CA spider mite.

Don't want to be killing the custies though.

So here's the plan- Tonight I fog the room with ZeroTol at a low dose. If I don't find any damage from that, I will do a slightly higher dose the next night. Then I will fog the room with the EM-1 and try to maintain a microbial barrier. Then I will buy a new $5k Quest dehumidifier. And if all that doesn't work, I'll go back to smoking meth and Eagle 20.

Pause, $5,000.00 for a de hu?

Fair point, glad you look out for others though, good guy. I never did meth regularly but the pedico and montega got me back in the day

You hit certain conditions and it simply cannot grow, also proper air flow is essential so the spores can't land. I am around 30% at the end of flower at 78 to 80, never have any issues. I simply lower throughout flower. I have PM in the yard but never my plants 🤷‍♂️
My Rh is 29% and I have mildew on my plants. I have tried using Milstop every five days, Suffoil-X, bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and a combination of both bacillus together in one solution. I have 4 fans two 20 inch floor fans a 20 inch wall oscillating fan, and a floor oscillating fan. Its the middle of February, there has been no mildew around here for months we just got 8 feet of snow in the last 7 days. Absolutely NO mildew alive outside. I washed all the walls and equipment with food grade hydrogen peroxide, then put up a UV-C bulb that also gives off ozone. And I just found powdery mildew on my leaves. Overlapping harvests are what is causing the problem which means the only way to eradicate it is to kill all the plants, clean apocalyptically, and start over from seed. If there is something I haven't tried i don't know what it is. I haven't tried zerotol but if 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide doesn't kill it something weaker wont work.

ZeroTol states that it "leaves zero toxic residue". Which tells me that it leaves residue. F***.

Hopefully I can fog the shit out of the room once, kill all of the spores, and not have to spray again.

Wishful thinking, I know...
I am not sure about the other acid but I do know H2O2 breaks down into H2O and O.

What i read is light will degrade it faster.and you really need it for short amount of time on the mold.soo maybe you got burned because you turned off the lights and it stayed for longer

So good vid of how to bud wash except... I keep forgetting to write down Gnick info for h202 and water or bud washing for harvest....

Don't use lemon and baking powder... peroxide is way togo

But spraying buds is same thing good to go!!!

Damn nice tutorial! Haven't seen ya for a while. Good to see ya again!

I didnt really know you could use h202 whole time i fought it did nothing but now i know what to do next time

there's a few sprays in this book. some preventative info too
3 Tbls baking soda
1 Tbls murpys oil soap
1 gallon water

I'm not familiar with the oil soap, I've heard the name and see it's natural. anyone here use this in their grow game?

I've been growing for a long time and have lost every battle with PM so I'm following this thread closely!

The only thing that ever worked for me was prevention. I learned that PM needs the big swings in rh/temp from lights on/off to get going so I added a heater for the dark cycle and that helped a lot. Seemed like some strains were just better equipped to deal with it than others. Good luck and I hope you can clear it up!

I had WPM once and it was during vegetation, so I didn't have to worry about flowers. I sprayed with a solution of milk and water. It worked great. After the WPM was gone, I sprayed with plain water to wash off the residue. This happened when we had very high humidity and I didn't have a dehumidifier for my growing room. I do now.

I've also used AgroMagen GrowSafe for various problems, especially spider mites. It's supposed to be effective for mold, too, but I haven't used it for it. It's OMRI listed, but a bit costly.

I have about 10,000 bud sites. Bud sites that contain sugar leaves covered in PM spores.
Yup. I was gonna respond with the same. There's PM on those flowers also. You need to hit the whole plant top to bottom. I use neem even in flower but I'm outside when flowering, greenhouse for veg. I lay the plant on its side and spray bottom to top, rotate about a third and do it again, whole plant and I can do that twice a week if needed. I've sprayed up to 3 days before harvest but I do wash the plants off. I've never tasted any neem in smoke or extract.

How big of a swing would you say is big enough for PM to get, um, aroused?
I think any more than 10 degrees can do it.

My setup ran about 80-82 degrees with 45-50% rh during day and would plummet to 65-68 degrees at night which would shoot the humidity through the roof to like 80%. I set a small heater to 72° and lowered the daytime rh to 40% and it helped a lot. I also think it helps to slow the stretch but I can't confirm that really.
