Chief, what I do to suppliment Co2 in my tent is a simple yeast, sugar, baking soda recipe in a 2-gallon bucket. Fill 1/2 way with warm water and dissolve like 2 cups sugar and add 2-3 packets of bakers yeast and a few tablespoons baking soda. Drill 2 holes in your lid and run an airstone to your solution and through the other hole run another airhose to your oscolating fan. Hook the airstone up to a pump and have it on the same timer as your lights. When the lights come on so will your air pump and force Co2 air through the fan and directly to the tops. This works for me pretty good. I got the idea from here http://www.co2boost.com/ if your not as cheap as me you can just buy the unit lol.

Whats happenin fellas, its beginning to look like the time is near. Today is day 46 and commercial growers couldve pulled these girls down earlier this week and the herb would still be incredibly potent. Weve got about 80% milky, 10% amber and if I hada started my flush earlier Id be takin em down in the next couple days cuz the smell is starting ta get really freakin strong! And its not in my bedroom thats an issue, its by the front freakin door! Ive got the exhaust going up into the attic which must have some kind of vents that lead to the front of the house. As you approach the house the unmistakable Chocolope smell gets stronger and stronger and if I stand next to this vent thats right under the gutter it almost smells like I stuck my head in the damn tent! I guess Im probably exaggeratin a lil bit but its crazy that the vents just happened ta bring the aroma from the back of the house all the way to the front door!

Anyway Im def gonna try ta replicate this grow on a larger scale next time, cuz there seems ta be about a perfect cola per sq ft ratio goin on up in here, which Im very pleased with!

Oh yea and after much delay Ive finally got plenty of good pics ta post! I wanna apologize to everybody thats hung around thru this long photo drought and I promise ta keep plenty of good flicks comin up thru harvest including some nice dry bud shots. Now this was my first time usin this camera so some of the shots have blurry patches but still show some good trich development so Im includin em fuck it.
Enjoy!

Ive made the decision ta switch over to the Gavita bulbs w/the built in reflectors from now on, the difference is unreal. The right side of my tent had the Gavita over it during weeks 1-4 and I switched it to the left side from week 5 on. But at the beginning of bloom when the bud sets are forming seemed to have made a big difference cuz as you can see the right side has a lot more tops and a much denser canopy. If I had dual Gavitas in here throughout the bloom cycle I wouldve seen a huge increase in yield w/out a doubt!
The first 2 pics are just whole garden shots and you can easily see that not only are there more colas on the right side but theyre over all taller and fatter than the left side. This is really funny and shows just how much stronger an old Gavita is than a new Hortilux because I put all the shorter plants on the right side to begin with and they were actually about half the size of most of the plants on the left side!
The second two pics are from underneath the canopy on the left side and the next two are from underneath the canopy on the right side. The right side that had the smaller plants under the Gavita is obviously much denser and has less light penetrating the canopy.

Due to the drastic lack of photos recently Ill throw in some old flicks from last season. These are from when I was selecting mothers from my Chocolope and Satoris. So here's some shots of my Choc mama in her early days before I knew exactly how special she was. She was so different from her sisters I kept her for almost a year before getting an opportunity to flower any cuts from her, I just had a good feelin about her.
Anyway the first several indoor shots are of my keeper Choc pheno from seedling up into veg. The last few outdoor pics are of some of her sister Chocolopes that came from the same pack. Notice how incredibly different the growth structure is! Her sisters are tall and lanky w/little branching and she is short stocky and super branchy. If their smell and high werent so similar Id think they were totally dif strains!

And last just for shits and gigs heres a few more shots I found in an old file on my lil sis computer that I havent seen in awhile. These are of my guerrilla patch from last season. There's about 25 girls in there, the strains are Chocolope, Satori, OGK x Power Plant, NL/Skunk1, and White Widow. Unfortunately a sneaky Satori male popped up and lightly seeded my patch before I got back and pulled him but I still pulled almost 2 bo's from a patch that wasnt even planted until Aug 15th. And luckily for me the male was one bad mamma jamma and gave me a bunch of crazy crosses ta try out this season! Weve ran a few indoor this year that have given us fantastic results so Im very excited ta see how this year goes.

Here's some more bud porn for all you horn dogs out there. Ive been experimentin a lil bit w/this camera, but Im havin a hard time gettin clear close ups. Im gettin a lil better but my camera phone's still got it beat, Ill be gettin a digital SLR soon. For some reason the HPS dont cause the black lines with this camera, kinda wierd huh?

Anyway harvest is gettin close and the flush has started. My buddy at the grow shop hipped me to his flush method, its kind of a pain in the ass but he tells me Ill never flush any other way again after trying this. So we will see...
10 ml per gal Final Phase for 1 day, circulate 6 hours and change res.
Ph'd RO water for 2 days, add ice packs or frozen 2 liters to drop res temps to 50 deg
Repeat this process for 5-10 days
Im adding about 7 mil per gal of Sugar Daddy for the 1st half of the flush just cause Ive always used it during my flushes and have had great results. My buds always seem ta be much stickier and have more complex flavor/aroma compared to buds flushed w/out Sugar Daddy. This is a much smaller dose than my normal 20 mil per gal but my buddy swears its not needed.
Anybody ever heard of or used this flushing agent 1 day, RO 2 day flush method before?

Oh yea here's the pics, the resin/trichome production is easily double that of the last 2 runs in soil. I dont know if its the hydro or the nutes but I like it! Ive noticed some of the leaves have started to build up massive amounts of trichs around the edges and are starting to look like theyre outlined in white like some of Subcools Jack's Cleaner x's.
Im diggin it...
Well nevermind cant find my damn camera so pics later!

Well folks The Attitude has done it again! Excellent stealth as always and this time my package arrived to the midwest in less than 5 freakin days! :party0045:
Got TGA Agent Orange and Third Dimension, plus Lemon Skunk, Rock Lock, Cole Train, Sharks Breath from DNA/Reserva Privada. Ill be runnin these beans outside this year but Ill also be taking labeled clones from each mother to find keepers to run indoors as well. Im really interested in poppin this Sharks Breath, Lambs Bread x GWS just sounds like a nice combo right???
Anywho here's the pics, ENJOY!

Thanks NorCal, Bing.com has a great mapping system thats freakin awesome ta use for finding good grow spots. It has a birds eye view option you can use to zoom in extremely close and get a really detailed view of an area.
That location was actually about 100 yards from the corner of a busy rd and a major highway! When I needed to tend to em Id just pull over and act like I was havin car trouble until there were no cars around and do my thing and get picked up later.
I like ta look for spots were no ones likely ta be wonderin around ya know. This spot had no attractions nearby that anyone would wanna cut thru there to get to. There was no ponds or creeks for fishing and the are was a few acres but still too small to allow hunting. Plus it was nothing but extremely dense thorn bushes, poison ivy, and weeds that were about 10 feet tall, just enough to hide the girls but low enough to allow full sun all day.
Hauling in water and soil/amendments was kind of a pain but the spot was just too perfect in all other aspects to not use it.

clean shit bro keep up the good work. this pheno is the reason people should not give up on seeds and try to only grow clones!

hey cheif how is it going just wanted to stop by and see how the grow was going you should be comming up on harvest time here soon if i am not mistaken but ne ways man happy 4 2 0 :stonedsmilie: hope all is well

Whats happenin yall been extremely busy lately but just wanted ta let yall know harvest was a great success and Ill be postin dry bud shots and final weight here soon so bare with me!

like to hear another another one in the books. we have the best jobs as farmer's. well done chief.

Harvest Shots and Weight and what not? Just curious what you managed to pull with that setup!

Whats happenin fellas sorry for the delay Ive just really had my hands full here lately! Final dry weight ended up at a lil bit over 13 zips, so not the bo + I was shootin for but for an area that small in 50 days I really cant complain. Plus this was the first run in this space w/new genetics and nutes, if the quality and production is like this in poor conditions I cant wait ta see her go once she's all nice and dialed in...:icon_spin:

Oh yea unfortunately all the harvests pics were lost
BUT... Ive got another room of Chocolope goin as we speak thats on week 7. So I will be throwin up some harvest shots of the "ShortyLope" just from a dif garden! These are in 6 in pots w/coco too so I can move these around and get a nice photo shoot goin on!
:character0050:

Whats up folks, just finished trimmin up the second garden of the lope and I got ahold of a pretty nice camera for the harvest shots. So Ill be throwin up some flicks for yall soon as I receive em.
We got another strain were tryin to identify that's kind of a mystery and it's gonna be comin down in the next week or too as well. A buddy found a few seeds in a bag of what's supposed ta be either cough or diesel, and from the looks of it SC is def a possibility. There's def a sweet citrusy smell there but there's also a really strong beef or sausage smell there that really throws me off!
Anybody familiar with any strains that have a kinda meaty smell to em????? It's lookin like its gonna go 9 maybe 10 weeks so it could still go either way but Ill get some pics up and maybe somebody will chime in.

Right hand suddenly paralyzed but it still aint stoppin me!

Whats happenin yall sorry for the delays on the flicks and updates, just been super busy w/my outdoor run lately. Just like Im sure a lot of yall have been!

I also recently woke up with paralysis in my right wrist/hand completely out of the blue! So for the last 3 weeks Ive been practicing everyday activities, including caring for my girls, using only my non-dominant hand!

Its freakin crazy, all you guys out there should try wipin your ass w/your non-dominant hand... your balls will be pissed at you every freakin time!!! Ha!

But foreal this has been a truly scarey few weeks... and it def doesnt help when the doc tells me I could wake up at any day w/other parts of my body or the whole damn thing paralyzed next! Or tomorrow my hand could just start workin again all of a sudden... really puts your mind at rest right???

So if yall could keep me in your prayers or whatever Id really appreciate it, right about now I need about all the good vibes I can get!!!! :rasta2:

Oh yea got some craazy good picks of some strawberry diesel comin for yall real soon too!

As promised here's some beautiful pics for yall!

Well folks these flicks here are of what were callin Strawbery Diesel. A local grower was running KKSC and ECSD, one of em grew some nanners, and made a few seeds that a friend happened ta find in a couple bo's. He then passed em on to us and the rest is history.

Now the background story behind the genetics is second hand and I have no experience w/either strain so Id love ta hear if yall see any similarities to either suppossed parent.

She grew pretty branchy but then branches wanted to grow really up against the main stalk, so they had to be tied down to open em up a lil bit.
They finished up in around 9-10 weeks and have a strong smell of meat, maybe sausage or gravy with a hint of citrus in there too! Never smelled anything like it!

OH YEAH! There's a couple Chocolpe shots (or Cincinnati ShortyLope, as the cut's now bein called!) in there too for all my Choc fans! :icon_stick man:
