I've up potted two weeks into flower, and none of the plants missed a beat. Was it necessary? In my case it was because they were in solo cups until I could sex them and decide which ones I wanted to keep. As in all things growing, everybody's garden and plants are different, so YMMV.
FWIW, I prefer starting them in coco/perlite over plugs for a couple of reasons. They're going to end up in the coco/perlite anyway and I rarely have to manually remove a seed hull, versus frequently when I was starting them in plugs. I think it may have something to do with friction against...
I'm in coco/perlite. FWIW, I mostly track EC, but I do notice pH. There is so much goin on in the root zone, I don't even give pH a thought until it is ±1.0 from input. Over / under feeding can affect pH, but other things do too. What the plant is eating at a given point surely does. Just...
How can you tell the difference between a little tip burn from too strong of an EC and the very beginnings of a K deficiency? Would a lack of rising run off EC make you lean toward the lack of K interpretation?
Do you even google bro? LOL There may be even tighter restrictions in some of the really backwards counties, especially for outdoor. And medical can be different still if you're allowed higher plant counts.

Pre buffering depends on the coco you buy. I never have, but I only buy coco that is washed and buffered.
I don't flush - just taper the nutrients down - so I can't comment on that.
Here are a couple of other considerations based on my experience and grows. The need for extra calcium and...
The link I posted mentioned the same three ingredients. Given AN's secretive ways that's probably about as good as the info is going to get. Not familiar with Harpin either, but I did run across this.

I don't know if environment plays into THCV production. After reading this, it seems like it comes down more to genetics just like high CBG strains. Obviously, I don't know for sure. Just throwing this out there.
"Unlike THC, cannabidiol (CBD), and cannabichromene (CBC), THCV doesn’t begin...
Awesome. Good luck! I might get to those next run... Too many in the queue, and shit for plant count. When the powers that be set plant counts they sure never considered honest hobbyists, who want to pheno hunt and make a few seeds. At least it's legal...
You got a ton of good work done! Haven't chucked anything yet, but looking forward to it. Haven't started any Nepalma yet, but how much humidity do you find that it likes?
