It’s only in these 3 locations and it hasn’t spread, it wipes off a little but i feel it goes away with moisture not touch. If it is, is my best bet to just cut off the effected areas ?

Hey everyone so today i went to check on my grow and 2 of my girls are drooping a lot. It has been 100-110 degrees where I’m living so i started to heavy water the plants so they don’t dry out too much. Is this because it’s too hot for the plants or because I’ve been watering too much?
