Best advice i can give is to find the acutal watts of your led system, you can only know by experimenting, maybe make a new seyup with just a 50w led buld or some fluecents to get your seedlings started, on my led system, i have actual watts of 450, i started 24" (inches)veg and 15/18" flower...

It will stretch out abit soon, no need to defoliate as said by Dirtbag, i have led side lights to for extra penetraion, works wondera, let it get a bit bigger and pin some back, it will allow light to get in without removal of fan leafs.
