    Indoor grow lights and opinions

HLG often has good sales. If the price is not much more I'd buy them if I were you. Replacing anything would be fast and easy. With Alibaba companies you may get replacements, but it's not guaranteed and will certainly take a long time. I will be keeping a couple 240w qb lights as backup in case...

    Indoor grow lights and opinions

The HLG lights Aquaman linked are fantastic. I know you can get lights much cheaper on Alibaba that are almost the same. You will get better after sales service with HLG of course. Im in Asia so HLG isn't an option. Recommended Alibaba brands: Kingbrite - known to last long. I have 6 x 240w...

    Indoor grow lights and opinions

That stuff you're looking at will grow some weed, but you're going to get far better results using full spectrum lights with Samsung Diodes (White Light). You should take a look at HLG lights - and if you're interested you can take a look at some of the Alibaba brands which many of us use.

    12x12 Sealed Flower Room Advice

Hello, I'm in the planning stage of a 12 x 12 flower tent. I've got just about everything sorted out but could use some advice in a couple areas. I will have two 5 x 10 grow areas to cycle monthly inside the tent. I will be using pure hydro - will definitely get a modular ebb and flow system...

10x10 Sealed Tent - Advice Appreciated

Hello Growers, I've been growing for almost a year now. I started off with a 4x4 tent and a 1500w blurple, which was an interesting grow as I thought they were autos and 2 months into the grow I realized they were not. Definitely way to much plant for a single blurple, but I got a harvest of...

Alibaba Exhaust Fans and Carbon Filters for Grow Tent

Thanks for that. I've made enquiries to both. I find Alibaba to be awesome as I live south of China. My Kingbrite lights literally arrived in less than 24hrs from payment. I was thinking 1 to 3 weeks.

Alibaba Exhaust Fans and Carbon Filters for Grow Tent

Anyone have any experience buying a carbon filter and/or exhaust fan from Alibaba? Tons of sellers available so a point in the right direction would be great. I'm in Asia.... Shipping from China is far cheaper than what Amazon offers.

    Growth Technology Ionics

I'm using almost the full range of Growth Technology nutes and additives for coco. I have the following: - Grow - Bloom - PK Boost - Silicon - Cal Mag - Nitrozyme - Superdrive - Greenfuse Grow and Bloom - Blackjack I have not been able to find much info online regarding feed schedules. There...

    Kingbrite review

Received my Kingbrite boards in less than 24 hours from paying. I'm in Southeast Asia, but still... wow! I figured at least a week. 4 x 240w boards for my 4x4. I ordered the type with separate heat sinks for each 120w so I have some DIY work coming up this Monday. 2 Superskunk and 2 Alaskan...

Thinking of switching to LED for the summer time?

Many of us use Chinese Alibaba lights. Kingbrite is probably the most trusted brand. Some others are Geeklight, Hortibloom, and Meiju. I just ordered 4 x 240w QBs for a 4x4. Two would be plenty, but as I can dim these down a bit of overkill will be great. From any of these companies, you will...

    Best way to handle runoff?

I see many growers with their pots placed directly on the bottom of their tents - sometimes on a tray. Either way, it seems to me that 10% to 20% runoff in coco daily would make a huge mess and be very hard to collect. My first grow I had them elevated on a metal platform and i pushed plastic...

    Kingbrite LED LIGHTS

I'm going to be making my purchase today. I spent the last couple of weeks going back and forth on what I should do for my 4x4. Overkill is always good as we can dim them down. I was originally aiming at the 600w w55 bars. I don't like the idea of relying on one large light. If it goes out mid...

    Kingbrite review

I have finalized my decision. I started out thinking I'd get the 600w strips. I then leaned towards 2 x 320w qb. I was then pointed to 3 x 240w as the better deal. I liked it, but didn't love the coverage for a 4x4. So now I'm getting 4 x 240w with cree UV and IR with separate switches. This is...

    Quantum Board Opinions

Basscaptain, I'm within days of ordering lights from Kingbrite. I'd love your input. I have one 4x4 grow tent for both veg and flower. At first I was leaning towards the 600w w55 strips, but am now leaning towards 3 x 240w QB with possible supplemental lighting. I could get the UV on the...

    Kingbrite review

You make a good point. I like the w55 boards for their coverage and that they run a bit cooler. Three x 240w QBs is cheaper, more watts, and the coverage would be just as good probably. I'm definitely going with Cree though. I'm really having a hard decision whether or not to get the UV/IR on...

    Kingbrite review

Hello Everyone.. I'm new as a member to these forums but have been browsing in the background for several months. I ran my first grow under a Bestva 1500w. I managed 132 grams from 4 plants in a 4x4. It was a great learning experience - especially that my light is a piece of shit. For my...
