you have the right idea but you definitely need to feed more. 440 ppm is not near enough and 3.5 EC is wayyyy too much. smart pots are a great choice. keep ur ph closer to 6.0. i guarantee the 6 would be doing better if you had allowed them to veg for 2-8 weeks. i dont meant to sound like a dick...
