imhave a five gallon eight sitensystem ibuilt and have two activeagua 110lps air pumps one for the epi and one to a manifold that goes to each bucket.

man not as easy as it seems to make a water tight seal without using a uniseal on 5 gal bucket... about 8 to 10 hrs total labor and about 400 inc air pump and return pump.. what you think?

i have built an 8 site under current rdwc system with black 5 gal buckets and 1 and 1/4 in pipe.(wish would have at least used 1 1/2 but oh well) i have to say it turned out bad ass. all made from scratch the bulk head caused most problem, ended up using a male 1 1/4 with a 1 1/4 nut on inside...

ok so we build this 4 module setup and im new to them and was wondering how much water movement should I see with airstones off. it don't look like much at all but when I put hands over return manifold could feel lots of suction. using danner mag 250 gph and 1 1/4 in piping. thanks
