veg+bloom, 1 part powder in socal tap

Just wanted to post my results from my last run with VegBloom RO/Soft in Tupur (coco w/ perlite). Did not run VB in veg, but switched to it for flower. Maxed out at 1.3 EC. 3 gal Dirt Pots 8 pots per 4x8 table. Watered 3 times a day mid flower. Flushed for 19 days. Temps dropped to 65 by last 6...

    Leaf Aphids?

Right on @Seamaiden I appreciate the feedback! I will post results when all said and done. Whats your suggestion on rinse? Soak all plant matter with RO water then run my fans all night so nothing starts to rot? I bought 10,000 lady bugs and placed them near the outbreak spots after my OGBiowar...

    Leaf Aphids?

@Seamaiden Plants are day 40 of 55, prime swell time. Would it still be safe to spray insecticidal soap on my plants/buds?

    Leaf Aphids?

Having a break out in 2 spots. Leaves around where the breakout is happening look like they have been sprayed by a spray bottle. Leaves look wet. Plants do not seem to be effected by them. I just sprayed with ogbiowar full concentrate and have some worry free insecticide coming in the mail. Not...

    Soil Analysis Help

These monsters are approaching ~week5 of flower. Throwing on huge colas. Finding bud rot here and there. Michigan has been getting the complete opposite as out west weather wise. Rain 2-3 days a week. Had to open up the ends of the greenhouses and raise the sides a bit more. Added a bunch of...

    Soil Analysis Help

@Bulldog11 youre right Flower should start early August here too. I hope they don't get much bigger otherwise they will need to be watered every day. @Kronikcowboy I actually just wrapped them all in plastic trellis and wove lower branches to higher points so they won't be hanging. Then ran...

    Irrigation Help

@Seed Buyer You are a genius, poking a hole should definitely work. I tried hooking up three check valves to the line and somehow there was still enough pressure to keep a continuous flow going. They were like dripping.

    Irrigation Help

So I have set up an auto watering system for my coco grow. I have a 400gph pump that is inside a reservoir. My issue is, once there is continuous water pressure going out each spaghetti line, when the pump stops, it continues to water the plants through osmosis. So when the pump stops, it keeps...

    Soil Analysis Help

Things are blowing up. Had to move plants outside the greenhouse and spread out the ones left inside. They have only been outside for 48 days. They are all reaching over 7 feet now. Wrapping all of em individually with plastic trellis later this week. Pictures are from yesterday. Drinking every...

    Nanolux De 1000

I use RO water. Got shitty well water where I'm at. Tons of iron. I've been getting thick white roots in about ten days w hydroponic research +life and superthrive pH 5.7 in rw cubes. Love testing new things tho might grab a small bottle of this rx and run a side by side. DH

    Nanolux De 1000

@lollipopman Yeah makes me wonder too. I enjoy the wifi capabilities w the nanolux, wish gavita had it but I guess I don't really need it. I like your roots w the rx. Gonna have to give it a try.

    Nanolux De 1000

Changed my mind actually, I went the gavita 750 flex. I would much rather not have to worry about leaf bleaching. Happens too often and probably cuts down yield more than running 250 watts less. DH

    Nanolux De 1000

Well I will be going 4 plants per light and will be laying down a double layer of trellis. W 8.5' ceilings this only allows me 5' tall plants w table and pot max. If I can get my first layer of trellis early, I can get away w only getting em 5'. I am going to go w the nanolux 1000 and if the...

    Nanolux De 1000

Anybody have any experience w these? Setting up a new room w 8.5' ceilings and I feel like I can get an extra 6" than the gavita. Heard about the gavita 750 for lower ceilings but I would like to go w 1000 watters if possible. Thanks DH

    Choosing The Right Gavita

@fishwhistle This was the exact input I was looking for. Thank you sir.. I heard dimming down a 1000 gavita is a no no. @Joe Fresh I have been looking at the spyder 1200's for a while. Just cant justify spending that much on one light. Like you said, when the price drops, I'll reconcider...

    Choosing The Right Gavita

I am setting up a little 5 light sealed room. My ceilings are 8.5 feet high. I was curious if the 1000 DEs would be too hot or if I should run the 750s. Ideally I would like to run the 1000s but I have no experience w gavita so I'm not sure. Room will have A/C so heat shouldn't be an issue. What...
