I have my veg setup on lock down, its just the cloning part i need to get a higher success rate on :) Also, running LED so dont need to worry about heat unless they are realllly young and strong light can still hurt them. In bloom i have had plants touching the LED and nothing happened. cheers

The one on right has been on a heating pad the past week on the floor, I'll have to hook it back up i guess! Btw... do clones do better under 24/7 instead of 18/6? I'm gona see how things work out at this light height and lower if needed since I need to get longer chains to do that.

I don't cut them when in bloom except to remove scraggly shit from the lower part of the plant.

I dont know much off hand about standard sizes and wire thickness for extension cords but i would buy the THICKEST heavy duty extension cord you can find, and make sure you read the tag to be sure it will support the load you will try to run thru it. Oil heater should ALWAYS be plugged...

How thick is your extension cord and what are you running thru it? Plants should be fine if only day 2 of bloom, good thing you caught it in time.

I think the only worry is high humidity late in bloom due to mold and mildew concerns. Read that thread on VPD (vapor pressure deficit) and try to keep your numbers in the green band on the chart.
