    I'd suggest doing multiple feeds a day at a lower ec. It might be drying out too quickly leaving salt residue which could be causing the symptoms you see.

    yeah that's what I was thinking. I might just go with the enclosure and put a little cfl to keep the seedlings happy until the seeds are ready which should be a week at most. even if i had the 600 on them they'd find a way to stretch anyways.
