Update .. checked the roots all white and healthy the lower part of the plants are fine the top 6 inches are droopy bad wilted looking PLEASE someone . Now all the plants i have are starting to do this if it is heat how can i bring them back to life . i got to turn this around FAST before it...

how can i tell forsure if its root rot or not?

soil still feels a little moist the lower leaves show no sign of wilt a few random leaves have twisted fingers

my ph straight outta the tap is 8.0 i add tiger bloom and big bloom and it tests at 8.0

I read that tiger bloom and big bloom work very well together. I read instructions mix lil less than says for general feeding per gallon . I mixed both into one gallon checked ph after i added the mix come out like 4.8 tried to ph up 10 drops still like 5.2 what am i doing wrong here ? thanks...
