ya in the community it is a requirment for stone wall frontage,,i got a lot to do on this girl,,but now im focused on finishing the basement for use and this upper roof has put a hold on it,,gonna finish last 6 ft of joist and plywood today,,then inside for sheetrock,,nice little place,just needs Tlc,,was watching it rain yesterday and had a buck fight just 30 yards from back door,,was awesome experience,helped to take some pain away from what we had to do yesterdayI really like the outside walls... its a cool look

NO HOA thank goodness,,no the place is in a artifactual area,,lot of artifacts and also a dark zone,,so no security lights on telephone poles and such,,everyone put the lights on side of houses,,bro,had to replace water line from well to house,,took me and my son a whole day to dig up 50 yards,,rock out the butt,,i couldnt bury ike out there because of it,,we had him creamated,,if i can remember i get more pic's of the house and stuff and give you a look at a big job,lmao,,tell you one thing ,when i said i would replace this roof over our room,my mouth for sure overloaded my ass,,one day my mind is gonna catch up with my body and realize i cant hardly do it no more,,but once that upper roof is fixed,thats the end of major constrution,,then little stuff every were.lolIs that a goddamn hoa.... i fuckin hate hoas and i used to grow in one....talk about stress

i am actually enjoying the challenge bro,,tell ya this,a elephant could walk on this roof i just built over the rooms,i have a tenedcey to over build,,but i dont like doing things twice if you digHahaha itll all pay off tho... good work pays
