This plant was popped and grown in composted horse manure.

Holds water like a sponge. Maybe mixed with perlite would work better.

Holy she’s HUGE! 12 feet from the base of the pot of the top of the soil?! Can’t wait to see

So I think you two just definitely sold me on switching over. Sounds like it will only make my grows get better. @PlumberSoCal luckily we have chickens here and will be able to use that. How is having a compost bin rather than a simple pile? I’m out in a rural area so we do a pile here but was wondering about building either a compost bin or some kind of worm bin. Maybe I’ll post some pics of the veggies we grow as well. Lots of tomatoes, peppers, kale, onion, garlic, potatoes, cabbage, peas, etc etc
Have you seen the sunflowers?

I put a tape on that yellow one a week and a half ago, 8' 2". The one on the left is taller and just starting to flower. Their sister is like 7' and just finishing flowering, about two dozen flowers. Yeah, I think I'll grow something different in that box next year.🙄

This girl was hurting, moved her a week ago and she is coming back to life now. I opened the hole a bit more and used some
Coast of Maine soil under and around it. The vanilla kush never does that great outside but I had no room for it inside with my pother projects

Question: I cure my harvest in these tins...with Boveda packs. It stays sticky and doesn’t dry out but wondering how long is it good? I still have some 2017 harvest that seems fine...but...just wondering what you all do about excess harvest.

Should be good still. I found a jar with a few buds from 2017 and it was just as good as I remembered.
