What do you feed may I ask I have a nitrogen deficiency problem starting

I get manure and leave it in the garage for a year. It will get dug in in the spring and after that I haven't fed Megacrop more than a couple times.

It's not just weed that loves this earth. I've got 3 tomato plants this year that are having a great time too. Right beside the garage provides protection, runoff when it rains, and is the right direction that the plants still get a lot of sun. There is a large spruce that you can see the trunk of on the far bottom left which I figure adjusts PH as well. Where we plant makes a huge difference. It's not all about nutes if you don't need them.

It looks like you are a victim of your success. They are growing so fast the chlorophyll is having a hard time keeping up. A little extra nitrogen wouldn't hurt. I don't use salt based fertilizers. Usually a lack of N shows up as an overall yellowing. Your yellowing at the bottom is more likely from being crowded out. Overall they look strong.

Found another Sour Diesel male. Also a backup, to my other backup that was also male. Hopefully the one I put in the ground originally is female!

My impressions now when I go visit the autos. I have no idea, but my friend says "Duuuuude, Scott....The OG Kush won't produce much at all, but those will be some tasty nugs, bro. LFG!!" I hope he's right, but looking at it makes my eyes bleed.

I've found some photos of Northern Lights Autos that look similar, but better developed at nearly 60 days in. Gorilla is a week behind.

Gorilla was the freebie.

What you're doing is feeding the mycelium with all that organic matter. Mycelium act as a middleman between nutrients and plants. It's kind of the brains of the soil. These fungal colonies seek nutrients, sugars, minerals and connect them to plants roots in exchange for what the plants make. A scientist did an experiment in a forest 10 or so years ago where she injected a needed nutrient, with an indicator dye into a tree in a forest of the same species. Within hours the rest of the tree shared the same dye.
I build my soils to foster microbial mats just for this reason. I lost my topsoil one spring about 15 years ago. I had the whole space tilled and the spuds planted when the river rose. I just sat on the hill and watched my fence posts crack and break from the flood debris. That was my start to never tilling again.

I grew their gorilla z and purple lemonade. The z was a freebie, the pl was me seccumbing to hype

Why not just buy 100% female seed...those regular have you working on them then you have to ditch them unless your cross breeding but I stick wi just fem seed bro...saves any getting binned...

Because I’m frugal, and can cull a male easy enough. I should still have some weed make it to the finish line. Some of these strains I have grown several seasons before, and enjoyed the product. If that plant gifts me a seed, I will thankfully grow it again, if it is in the cards.

My soil would be absolutely fried if I didn't mulch. The sun would bake the top couple of inches ans the wind would blow the rest away. View attachment 2686045
Mine can get dry and compacted if it doesn't rain or get watered regularly. Then when it rains, it runs off more than penetrates, so I occasionally have to break the soil surface by hand tilling, to allow absorbsion. The marigolds help with shade and moisture retention a bit.

I did some reg seeds this year. The only hassle was running out of room on the
grow table, along with my fem seeds. I
started them two weeks earlier than the
fems, so I could sex them before they
went into the ground. I learned that from my last grow, after having a male show itself after it'd been transplanted outside.😡. I back tracked my date of germination to the time it showed itself, and used that as a reference of time it'd take in the pots to show themselves before transplanting outdoors. I wasn't having another year with a blank spot in the garden, or a stunted plant because of raising another to take it's place. If I loose a girl outside...it was meant to be, just how things go sometimes. But damned if I'm gonna have to yank a male outta the ground again.
The problem I have is sexing sativa's. I think it's because they mature so much later than hybrids or indica's.

I found if u let them grow to a least their 8th node.... they'd show their sex. Then I can top or bin them.
I saved one male for pollen collection, killed the other. Kept one choice female, gifted the others.
With that little bit of pollen I can make seed on every plant I grew this year...if I want. I too prefer the fem seed, but what if

Hey folks, this is a bit of a heads up and potential solution. I'm sure lots of you recognize the cute pretty little leaf hopper that likes to snooze on our plants. They really suck, I mean besides your plants juices they can carry this infection called a phytoplasma. It can, will stunt growth, delay maturation and decrease harvest. You can identify it bt the black tarry gunk on these new leafs. Diluted hydrogen peroxide will not kill it without damaging tender growth. I have treated this in the past with Monterey Complete fungicide. Mine is in transit. I've sprayed it with neem, to no effect, sprayed with LABs serum last night.
