I plan on getting an 200 watt diamond series light and was wondering if I can do it in my homebox xs which is only 2x2x4 and im still trying to figure out how am i going to get my carbon and fan to fit and still keep the light high enough so I dont bleach out the plants......do you think this will work? anybody isinf a 4 foot high tent with leds?

Don't know much about the Diamond Series so can't really tell you how high to raise your light. I keep my Magnum about a foot away from the canopy. As for the tent did you already buy the Homebox? If not maybe grab a Secret Jardin DR60 or DR60 Pro II. Both are over 5 feet tall and also 2x2.

If you already got the xs then I think you should be able to make it work just fine. It is a small tent so no real need for a huge exhaust fan, something smaller should be enough to change the air. Just get to know your strains and figure out when is best to flip to flower so as to avoid them getting out of control. You can also FIM, TOP or use BushMaster to keep your plants short and bushy.

Hey fellas. Sorry to burst your bubble but this update is going to come with out pictures. Had a rough little stretch and didn't even really look at the girls mind you take any pictures. They are now in a dark cycle for a couple days so pics aren't possible now but I believe I will cut them down tomorrow night so stay tuned for a smorgasbord of pictures of the big chop.

No bleaching issues at all for me. Yeah sounds like you situation for space is on par with mine. Gonna have a new setup for you to see soon enough.

Day 75 - Since 12/12 - Harvest Day!

Well yesterday was a busy night, lots of trimming. Took quite a while but there you have it. Looks like a decent increase in yield over my last grow. We will see how she dries out over the course of the next few days but I think I got that dirty whore 1g/w mark I've been aiming for.

The buds themselves look crazy, oddly not quite the same colouring as last time, if you look you can see some nice shades of purple.

I have two flowering rooms and one has heat issues so k think I'm going to move the three lights after harvest into second room and just buy two LED instead :)

Alright, finally just caught up in reading / checking things out in this neck of the woods. In your opinion. Did you do better then your last run? quality, density and quantity? I really like your thread and will be subbing in your next grow with the mag+.

Of course, that then means that you'll need to sub on my next experiment right?

Looks like your set up treated you real nice. I'm thinking of maybe leaning that way also soon with the netting n all. Still debating it though cause i'm really into checking things out closely. i dunno something to think about i guess.

Haha thanks man! I think I finally found my calling, hehe. I would recommend the original 357 Magnum for sure after my results, I will advise on the Mag+ once I have experience with it, but I am expecting some big things. Can't really comment on the Blackstar as I have never used one myself and don't like to comment on anything other then first hand experience.

Yeah try a setup like this out for sure. It was a nice little experiment that went very positive.

You got a lot more room then me to work with too so you have the luxary of trying a couple different things at one time.

I never really Sub to peoples grows cause I look at all the LED grows on here anyway so, just manually click all the new updates. Always glad to see your updates Testez!

Well here we are at the end of another long journey and much experience gained. The Buds have been dried quite well and have been in jars for a few days now. Gave the jar contents a weight last night.

.......and the Final Weight in is.............182.8g! I fucking did it! Haha man so close! While I was weighting the last of it I was like shit might have to make some Bubble Hash out of my shake and cheapo add the Hash weight to push me over the 1g/w mark, but didn't have to resort to such. :P

If you look at the pics below the one with the 2 buds, the smaller bud is the last batch of this strain that has now been curing for months(it's actually my very last bud from last batch) and the bigger bud is from this batch. As you can see quality is pretty much on par with last time despite pushing a lot out of 2 plants this time instead of the 4 last time.

I will say the buds were slightly less tight this time then last time but only cause last time they were total rocks. Sampled some finger hash after trimming and man o man it hit me hard.

I think I could have done a better job cleaning the undergrowth up as there was still a decent amount of popcorn that will just end up hash for me when I get the energy up to play with the Bubble Bags again.

Anyway that's it folks. I will be running a journal with the Mag+ i just bought but will need to make some modifications to my area to properly contain this new beast. Think I will be switching up genetics too so will have to go seed hunting, but I will be back as soon as I got all my ducks lined up so stay tuned. :)
