Be very careful with pH up.
pH should be around 5.5-6.2 so stay low.

I think those black dots are phosphorus deficiency. Lots of different deficiencies, needs way more nutrients.

EDIT: That drooping is starting to look like thirst to me, you need to water waay more. Like ten times more.

Letting the soil dry isn't an absolute rule. I am pretty sure you are underwatering them. They look like they are hanging onto life in a desert. Couple litres of water with a full NPK asap is what I would do, and more as soon as possible.

Just gave them a water with npk so I'll see how they go in the next couple days

Seem to be getting more yellowing and brown spots on leaves and slow groth
