i would start by draining the fuel tank,then blowing out the lines ,unhook from fuel pump and blast that line with air, then if i seen any rust in tank,throw a chain in there and swosh it around,get all that loose shit out,rebuild carb,who know when and who rebuilt it,then i would get new battery just cause,haah try to roll that bitch over without starting it and do each cyl compression,and go from there ,before buying a better rim and tire,the cost of that tire you can do all mentioned cheaper and know what you want to do before you put 2 grand each for rim and tire,that what id do,if it was mine ,even if i dont use a lot,it gotta crank when i need it
