5 grams/plant of dry flower is going to be 15-23 or so grams wet untrimmed if there’s no major lumber and leaf/ flower ratio is low to mid.

28/sqft would be acceptable 1lb per light

56/sqft would be really good 2lb per light

85/sqft would be crazy good 3lb per light
