When growing a high CBD variety do you have to wait for almost full amber on the trichomes to get the effect of the CBD? Or do you harvest as usual?

When I grew Harlequin, I would cut it at six weeks for peak CBD... This was just what I was told to do by the person I got the clone from... They'd gone though the effort of testing it at different harvest times.

I'm kinda amazed how wrong I think we all have been on the idea of rootbound. Think this goes to show its more about the stability in the media... of course space for roots are needed but think its kinda been overblown.
