Thank you guys! Some of the branches are very thick so I cant really bend much anymore but they seem to be growing pretty even! I plan to defoliate end of next week! Its really filling up hoping that all translates to high yield!

I think you may be surprised by how much vertical growth you get in the next couple of weeks.

I’ve never grown indoor, so I’m always concerned about spacing and airflow when I see a dense indoor canopy, but I can’t really comment because I just know nothing about it.

Also tried 9 plants in 5x5. Never ever. At least u can freely move plants and take them out because I couldnt properly lollipop a few due to harder access to them. Ended up with 4.

Around 6.5 gallons of peat+perlite but DIY octopots, so roots got into lower box with water and it was connected to one tank, so I couldnt move with it at all.

Im thinking of going 5 gal straight coco next run with 6 plants. I feel like they are outgrowing the 3 gals soon and I might have to water twice a day later on which i want to avoid.

Get a cheap pump from aliexpress, res, tubes and timer. Better are those injection ports than regular dripers, so u dont have upper part of coco that wet.

Its pretty easy having a 5x5 look like too small with just 4 plants with proper training. One plant 2.5x2.5 with 20+ colas.
Harder with auto if its not pure hydro.

Better if u grow different strains. In your 10th grow maybe u ll change your mind as it requires a lot of time :D U ll see that harvesting of 9 plants will take you a lot of hours. Circa 1+ hour per plant. Lil bit less, if u just trim the A-grade buds and cure in fridge.

I hope I have thay many buds!! Hahahaha I will gladly trim for 9 hours with a smile on my face. And I am hoping to get many A grade buds that would be great.

Day 8

Lowered the light to 24” and decreased intensity to match DLI. I am still under my target but am trying to increase slowly. I am a little under 800ppfd at center of canopy. Plan to increase to 850-900 by end of week

Its called lotus curing. I do also cure B-grade in tent. Too much work with trimming, so I just hang whole plant upside down.
AC infinity really thought it throught with tents and the bar, which prevents walls geting in cause of negative pressure althought sucks to get in from side.

Yeah the bar added a lot of room on the sides in the 5x5. Especially with my packed tent it helps a lot.

Still planning my cure. Trying to get a veg tent setup so if i do that i can veg there then switch with the flower tent and use veg tent to cure as well.

Day 9

Moved the tent a bit to make room on all sides come time for defoliation. Also moved my dehu up on a stool, the highest I can place it for now. Although it would ideally be mounted up on the ceiling so it can be out of the way of the a/c. Not sure if this is a bad placement but its where I have the most room. It does the job but I might be overworking it a bit.

Plants are doing great. Just exploding with growth. The tent is going to fill up really nice. I have 6 hurricane 6” fans on the top of the tent along with a 12” fan on the ground for roots and a 6” ocsillating fan for above canopy. I also have a 6” exhaust fan and 4” intake fan both with carbon filters. Since I am running higher humidity levels I want to assure plenty of airflow. They are good for now but might add another fan or change my 12” for a 24” box fan to make sure there is enough air going through that dense canopy.

I was doing 3 feedings following with a water day but noticed my EC rising so im going down to 2 feedings / water day.

My target EC is 2.0-2.4 and I was at 2.5 yesterday. Just watered and about to check it should be lower today as well, input being 0.9 EC.

I have 2 filters outside one for intake one for exhaust. The tent doesnt have room inside thats is why they are outside

And i figure more fans to be safe? Lol they are pretty small but they work for the space. A wall fan would be too large

I d prolly get just AC infinity oscillating fan, not much to pick from, vivosun not goood, monkey fan has a lot of issues. Maybe one on floor would be the best option. Arent AC infinity tents pretty tall, more than 2m or it was secret jardin only?
