The little ones are really taking off. Some good green growth, no stunting in the seedlings.

A shot of what’s going on in the bloom tent. We have some good cola development. Not all plants looking balling, but flowers have really gotten going. I took the time to do a little topical feeding today. Get that bone meal and rock phosphate in there.
I’m going to have to paint the pollen real soon before I miss the breeding window.

Keep calm and grow on,

Checkin on how my super crop plant has been going. Thing is chugging along. I’m a little disappointed in how long it is taking to grow and develop. 127 days at this point. I mean it does have a lush canopy and very close inter-nodal spacing, all good things. But, Other ladies planted at the same time are week 3 into flower. I’m curious if the bud production will be vastly more than the other plants.
Be well and keep growing

So we are all really lucky that this forum exists and e have a community to share thoughts advice etc.
I’m doubly blessed that I have a grow buddy IRL. About 4 summers back I took him under my wing and taught him the ropes of outdoor, then a couple years later he got himself an inside rig and we’ve been doing a symbiotic basement lab situation going on.
Back in December I sent him about 10 plants I didn’t have the room for and a couple months later he has bushed and cloned them. Irony he didn’t have room for all the clones so I inherited a flat of plants back from him.
We got Ice, Green Nugget, MzJillz x Green nugget, and Nitro Lemon Haze. Some oldy but goody type strains with the MzJillz I bred in 2 years back.
I got them translated and proper. You can see some yellowing, he uses a more heavy handed sand mix for medium and I’m worried not enough fertz in the soil. I’ll correct that.
If you can find a grow buddy. It’s a really nice hobby to share with someone else, of course you have to trust them. Something that is on the decline these days.

So moved the super crop plant into the bloom tent. Needed the room in veg for the new clones from the grow buddy. Really excited to see how much yield it pushes. I’ve been interested in the super crop method for awhile, I’ve seen other people with huge results. I am not a fan of how long it took to get there though, see post above for critique and analysis.

Last but not least some bud porn of the Ice, it’s just chillin in the back corner of the bloom tent, getting tasty and juicy.
Be well and grow on!

It’s a good time to be a grower. Kind of amazing the amount of legal grows people have going on. This was unthinkable in many many places over the last 90 years or so. And our one out for those still living in prohibition. Stay safe.
A little bud porn for your Tuesday morning. San Fernando Kush is the first pick and MzJillz x Orange Bud is the second.
Keep growing yall

Having a hard time with the 127 days of veg time. I've supercropped before, but 127 days....holy shit

Sadly I’ve been seeing a lot of really fucked up plants lately. Purple stems, lanky light starved, pH balances, over fertilization, late stage pretend training, and poor environmental control just to name a few issues.
I’m a,so beginning to for a private theory that despite the seed banks claims of the ease of growing their auto flower seeds those plants have very specific tolerances and are not good for beginning growers. Autos seem to require dialed in environments, precise nutrient regiments, and constant maintenance. Not all items newer growers have down, or stoners in general.
Anyway mini rant over, it’s hard respond to all the cries for help, I just wanna tell them all to google or buy a book, do independent research.

Che+k in on the Veg tent today. All plants pictured are clones of various ages, some were cut as recently as 10 days and others are over a month old. When you get a reliable method for cloning you can end up with a lot of plants quickly.
Last picture are the new mnow they are saplings. But those are all new genetics, very excited there some oldies and goodies looking forward the some breeding down the road in a few months.
Grow on folks,

This is so true.

I have exactly that. A good friend I encouraged to also try when I started and we are on this journey together. Always nice to share war stories and tips. 🙂

So about a month ago, I posted a pic of my plants with a bag of the happy frog topical fertilizer. Unfortunately 3 scoops for everyone thought easy to distribute may have been too much for some of the strains. Just like space ball one going plaid my plants have gone all tie die and hippy. I have to keep learning that equal application across different strains is just bad practice. Seeing phoso and potassium burns, it happens I guess. Still going to get some ballin juicy nuggets though, a few of the close ups are fly.
Also quick look into the veg tent. I have bent over many of the ladies not just to look up skirts but to start that low stress trying. Seeing the under branch development just like we should.
We well and keep growing all.

awesome set up man. I had something like your but with T5 lighting. Are you using those blurple leds for flower to ?
What is the wattage of you lights and how much are air are you venting out ?

Still looking great to me and those colours are well hippy like you say. Loved your descriptions. 😄

So I suppose you just have to learn as you go on which strains like what amounts of fertilisers and write it down for next time. Or read up/be told if you're lucky.

So no the Bruple lights are long gone. Those were in the early days of my mistakes. To get top quality bud, you need to push some actual lumins. Those Bruple company’s talk a good game, but the results are just not there (in my experience). So in the veg tent I do have a 4 bar t5 rack, and I love it. Something about the warm glow of those tubes really make a difference for younger plants, stimulates some really good growth. In the bloom tent I have 2 each of viperspectra 600watt and 1000watt panels, (I forget the model numbers as I had them a few years now). As for air, I have a small computer fan in the top port of the bloom tent, but I actually don’t think it’s running right now, so passive on the air.

Hey man,
Your right taking precise notes is totally the scientific way to get best results. Take a lesson here kids write stuff down.
But honestly, the results a good enough that I could really care less about dialing in that last 10%. It’s a resource allocation issue, and time is the big resource I have too much else going on.

Plants in veg are looking real nice. It’s going to be time for new homes sooner than I want. I was hoping to time it so the bloom would be done and I could use that tent to veg. But we’ll see there’s still 20 days at least on the bloom still.
Keep growing y’all
