First pic is my veg tent with the gallon challenge plant as well as some free bees from cloning earlier in the summer. MzJillz x Golden Nugget on the left and a San Fernando Valley kjust on the right.
Second pic is the bloom tent, still vegging the blue dream and black Domina in there. Definitely going to take some clones before flipping to bloom lighting.

Been a while since an update. Been busy with work and the gallon challenge.
All the plants from my 9/20 post have gotten substantially bigger. First three pictures are the bloom tent. Real sad story, I lost a huge chuck of my outdoor crop to powdery mildew (like 3-4 elbows). So went into high gear in the indoors and immediately filled the bloom tent to capacity. We have some great nuggets on the way. At this point I am chasing to fulfill my own smoke for the year. But with the San Fernando valley and MzJillz x golden nugget steaming into flower I should get a few months into the future.

Last four picts are the veg tent. We have more SFV and Mz x GN in there some cloning stock and back up for when the bloom finishes in a months. I also have a cloning thing doing on, but the clones started to flower, weird I haven’t had that happen too too much, so we’ll see if they even amount to anything.

I’ll have the breeding project update tomorrow, it’s lights out in there right now.

Gutting news about the outdoor but suppose these things happen to us all and just gotta roll with it. Unlucky man.

Indoor looks and sounds fantastic though. Looking fwd to more updates!

Definitely having some deficiency issues in the veg tent. Have yellowing and some purple tinge on the leave edges.
If anyone happens to know that problem let me know. I think it’s a combo of N-K, but I could be wrong.
A few clones going but they are a little ver shadowed, and one or two are downright sad. I think they are MzJillz x golden nugget and San Fernando valley clones, but not entirely sure.
There’s also a Northern Lights in here, the sister plant to what I have going on the gallon challenge. Should be ready to clone soon, as I definitely want to continue that genetics line.

Didn’t really try to force it, but have suddenly found myself doing a perpetual forest again. Have some projects in the back of my mind, definitely going to do another fem- silver breeding project, but less ambitious.
Last clone picture is from a blue dream, stoked there as the blues are notoriously hard to root.

I know that the blue strains are notoriously hard to clone and root. Two out of six not a great survival rate at this point. but hopefully more will pop some of the weird white alien tips in the near future. Even one more will boost me to 50%.

Transplanted a bunch of little ones today. Basically one of each of the genetics survived. Missing one or two, but exciting that both the runtz, both the Quattro kush x purple daddy, and both the gmo x Zittles all popped. Some high end genetics.

All the seedling transplants are looking fantastic. Definitely excited about some of the genetics in that mix. Very high end THC and potential yield from the runtz and Quattro kush cross. Just have to knot f-up the grow itself.

Some of the clone transplants not looking so hot in the veg tent. I went away for the turnkey day week and did a huge overwater before I left. I think I’m still seeing issue there with the drop of temp as winter has arrived.

Like the boomer generation be booming, my bloom tent is blooming. Always nice to see the plants respond and do their thing. Definitely some errors in nutrients along the way so will not have huge juicy nuggets, but will pull 2-3oz per plant. Keeping myself in smoke for the summer.

Really good germination rate all told considering I planted two of each strain, only 2 seeds refuse to pop.

Also got some bud porn in there for you guys. Mostly Mz Jillz x Golden Nugget, but also a blue dream or two in there.

Finally spent some serious time this morning to maintain the plants. I noticed that the veg tent plants were looking hungry. So transplanting this morning. All these are clones from earlier in the fall, you can see the cubes poking out of the dirt. Really happy with the root production, looking white and fresh and full of vigor. Also did some minor trimming for airflow while I was in there, took about 25% vegetation from each lady. It will take a couple days / a week to get the top vegetation back to darker green, but plants on the way back to health.

No new work done here, but it’s a view of the seedlings. These are going to be the summer 2025 outdoor stock. I just have to be more vigilant of the mold and cut a little earlier this October.

I'm vaguely planning my outdoor photos for this season as well (after I get the current indoor sorted). Gong to run some of Tengu's from this very forum. Very excited after seeing everyone else results with them. Particularly as one of the strains is from (and called), Topanga Canyon OG, not far down the road from me.

Yeah man,
It’s all about timing. I start my summer crop so early in order to clone them and bloom the parents before they go outside. I buy the reg seeds to cut down on cost (I just won’t pay more than 4 bucks a bean), and I want to make sure none of the outdoor production plants are male. So I need the 200 days for a full photo cycle.
Easy leash kill the male clones and all the summer grow is female.

It’s really cool that you can grow stuff that is local. Unfortunately Boston is not know at all for producing great strains. Well maybe it is, but I don’t know of any. There’s the 413 Chem from the western side of the state. But know So Cal you guys been KNOWN for weed for a while. Good luck with the transplant, you know autos are fickle minimize disruption.

Transplant in about another week I think, give or take. See what the ladies are telling me.
