In veg the rh should be between 60-70% and then60% for the first 4 weeks of flower and then dropped to 50% for the rest of flower. You want to keep ypur rh low in flower to avoid bud rot. As an added bonus, it wont take quite as long to dry either.

So i could keep it at 60% and be ok. That res makes alot of extra humidity i think. And then like i was saying without my air conditioner yet im afraid to put my light past 60% because of the heat it will cause and raise my res temp past like 74°

I found 77° is perfect. I just turn up my intake fan and give them the light. Do whayever you need to do to give them the light they want. Like i said though, be careful going above 80,000 lux

Ok. 80,000 lux? I don't have a meter. Any guesses with your expertise how many inches that would be and what %? I have it at 60% at about 32 inches from the canopy. Best educated guess

Its hard to even guess. Everything affects how the plants receive light. Distance from the light, driver tolerances, diode tolerances and the list goes on. Im not going estimate it because i dont want to give you bad information if you have a newer samsung phone open the phone dialer and press *#0*# it bring up some buttons. Select "sensors" then light sensor.
It shows ROUGHLY a total lux and how much Red, Green, Blue and White light there is
