Ok. Thats in the green spectrum. That part of the spectrum isn't usless? Is it? I was watching Dr Bruce and i may have misunderstood but green is doing the least for plants growth?400 par should be good for a little bit to be safe.

Below is my lights spectrum. I really have no idea how to read it. I have just been trying to use common sense. But i would really like to understand it. Can you make any sense of it? Is it even a good light?
Im not even sure what type of led mine is. Natural daylight 6500? Low whatever300k? Idk400 par should be good for a little bit to be safe.

Lights out that fine bit you would benefit a bit from higher with lights on... id say you wanna be atleast 72-75 and ideally 75-77f but only make small changes one at a time.Leaf temp is at 68

Well. It got upnto 74 before i changed the res yesterday. For at least 3 weeks it was at 74°Yeah try 72f and see where that takes em.

Light at around 30 inches also right?Once they are healthy you can run about 25-30k and then slowly bump up from there. For 18/6 about 45k will be max if you have things dialed in but work up slowly. Once in flower you can jump to 40k and work up slowly to max about 65k because the 12 hour light cycle. It's all about DLI.
