Go by intensity I'd say about 25k atm. Adjust height for even light spread and power for intensityLight at around 30 inches also right?

72-73 is a lot better than 68-69 it's acceptable and wouldn't kill yourself to get the other couple degreesBut the leaves still weren't getting over 72 or 73 degrees. Even with the res that warm.
Worked really good on the halogen setting. LolOk they don't list it but it's going to be 3500-4000k looking at the spectral chart.
What setting did you put it on? You can use halogen. So i put the light at 30 inches and adjusted the intensity and i got to 90% and its only at 20,000
I didn't leave it there. I put it back to 40% and left it at 30 inchesSo i put the light at 30 inches and adjusted the intensity and i got to 90% and its only at 20,000
I can't remember now. But i hve them at 40% right now what i originally had it at doing good. At work right now. I do remember trying the halogen one and both meters were testing good. I will use that one when i get home and set it according to it. DLI and lux were good on halogen setting. What setting did you put it on? You can use halogen.
Oops should have said can't use halogen. Use 3500 and should be more than accurate enough. Just for guidelimg purposed.I didn't leave it there. I put it back to 40% and left it at 30 inches

Well shit!Oops should have said can't use halogen. Use 3500 and should be more than accurate enough. Just for guidelimg purposed.
So i tried that one last night and it had my light down at 16 inches. Maybe i should turn my whole light 90°. Would the light pattern be different then? Reflect better?Well shit!

Thats what i an saying. I do know for sure last night i used multiple settings for the meter. But i settled on what you suggested. I used the 3500 setting and i had the light up to 90% and i had to put the meter 16 inches away from the light just to get it to register 20,000.Height for even light spread power t

What he saidHeight for even light spread power for intensity![]()
I noticed your light only has warm white and red diodes. Its missing blues and far redsI think my light might really suck. This is frustrating. Either it sucks . Or i am doing something wrong.
Your light does not suck... its strips so they are designed to run closer and that's a good thing. Much less light is lost to light bleed. They just need to be used with that in mind. Test it at 12" at 100% I'm betting about 60-70k ish.How do i know when it is even light spread?
Again, what he said. Come one @Aqua Man let me answer once in a while tooYour light does not suck... its strips so they are designed to run closer and that's a good thing. Just take readings over the canopy and try to keep them even. They will vary and that's just a fact but if you can keep the within about 5-10k lux your doing good.
Lol sorry bro.. just getting time in before playoffs start tonight....Again, what he said. Come one @Aqua Man let me answer once in a while too
