That's why we don't grow with florescent? Speaking of which
I have 2 plants under my bed. They are getting their 3rd node and they are under t5s to start them. Can i put them under this light instead?
Try 36” to start then watch your leaf and if it likes it drop a little to suit .
36" might be a little high, its not actually a real 600w light. Man it bugs me when these LED manufacturers put a "W" on their model numbers to make it look like a high wattage light. Shit irritates me. Just show the RMS power draw ffs

Yeah. I could probably use my big light on them. 10% at the ceiling though. Cool. I am gonna give them that light. I think if i put it right under my mattress it will be at 30 inches. Maybe i will do 24 and go up.

...... and the buds seem so airy....... you forgot that one... 🤣🤣🤣 in all fairness though, ive seen some low light bud that wasnt dense at all but oh my fuck the trichomes on it... l
Oh absolutely... you definitely want to give them as much light as possible but for me I'd rather be a touch to low than high... much less damage and no risk of stunting.

What do you think? And i have a little fan in there. Not blowing on them. Just moving air.

For sure. A little bit of light or heat stress can be way more detrimental to your buds and their potency. Lighting is the same as nutrients, its way better to give too little than too much.

I think i am going to move them into my bathroom. Just shut the door then. They should be ok in there. May put the heat mat under them at around 75. Its cold in my house always. 70°

Well hello there little girls, welcome to the world 🙋‍♂️👋🏻 why is the one bending a bit, like its reaching toward the light maybe? If a plant is leaning toward a light source then its not getting enough direct light. But they bend like that for 100 different reasons thats why i asked about the light. Oh and yeah, seedlings and fresh clones like it a little warmer. They like the humidity too, at least until they have a root system. Clones need a lot of humidity, like all of it. They have no roots at first so they get all of their water from the air, through the leaves. I know youre not cloning yet... but you will....😁

Ugh. I caught one of the pots with a clip and it picked it up and it fell before i could catch it. I almost had the damn thing too. The taller one? Right? I germinated those on the 27th of April

I want to clone so bad.😬😬

Is this true? Can i really put my leds at 12 inches from my plants? I am pretty sure not. But it sure would increase my leaf temps.

yeah can't use lux on blurple lights. It mainly reads green. The lux is based on a conversation rate depending on the source to convert a guess to par. 5k lux under a blurple is like 40k under a full spectrum or something like that.

some led can be like 12" but it all depends on intensity. Never go by height unless you have someone or somewhere who has charted that specific light at that distance.

Never used it. Alot depends on the phones sensor so the app are usually not the culprit if there is an issue like this phone has a liquid screen I had to adjust my app because it gives lower reading than my last phone
Galaxy s20+ looks too me on my light chart that at about 40% my light gives out about 500 ppfd. No idea the height. I'm going tonsee if at about 30 inches if thats what it is.
