Haha...that's some funny shit...but I'm the same way...damn. technology.
IME two things can cause that. Heat and K-. During summer I watch all the younger madrone yellow from the inside out when it gets really hot. I no longer trip out when my plants do it at the same time, I know it's the heat. I don't dig it, but neither do I trip. It's been pretty warm up here, how about down there?
Oh, and FUCK V DAY. It's one of my detested holidays, right down there with Halloween.
In order, #1 almost finished (another week, maybe two)
#2 finished, chop that bitch.
#3 almost finished, maybe 3 weeks out?
#4 almost finished.
#5 almost finished.
Looking pretty good, and I don't see that inner yellowing you posted about.
O yea. If my product gets too dry, I use a humidifier's mist to re-hydrate. If you just add water, or a fresh leaf, you are looking for trouble. It's all about micro mist flowing evenly through the bag/jar.
Some people like to add fresh leaf to a bag/jar that is too dry. Or sometimes an orange peal. Or just spray water. I was saying that a micro spray of water is the best for even saturation.
You will be fine in your tent bringing in new plants.

Dude. Are you really complaining about proppin' floppies? :p
Right on..very nice grow I think I'll get a pack of them...can't wait to get a smoke report...and try and not over think your drying...you'll be just fine...no worries...
Hey man I just wanted to ask you, have you gotten a chance to try any that Apollo yet? even quick dried maybe?? Jw if it has that social happiness quality to it that everyone raves about..
HAHAHAHAAA tooooottally fucking around man, you know I love this thread. And keep repeating yourself cause I can't get enough of these varieties, so glad I got to have a great look at these before I invest the time myself on them.
Btw, keep popping the rest of your Apollo 11's. I have 40 of them, I would love to compare our best someday. I have a sister in LA so I'm out there once in a great while.
Awesome stuff, keep em comin!
I attribute the petiole purplish color to the LED spectrum. IME almost every plant grown under that spectrum has that look of phosphorus deficiency if not a genetic trait as you stated. I don't think it's a deficiency of any kind as healthy as they look. Great job btw. As for the stakes or tomato cages, you won't harm any roots to the point of stressing them. Just put them along the edges or as close as possible as you stated. From the looks of it tomato cages would serve the purpose and be the easiest method IMHO. Best, Irie.Yeah, I do think that the red petioles on the Goldstar are genetic. They've looked like that pretty much from the get-go. But most of my other plants look like that, too, albeit much less intensely. Could also mean that the Goldstar is a P hog haha.
Gonna have to really get my nose into the Prayer Towers to give you an accurate description on the way they smell. I had just gotten done taken some big whiffs of that Goldstar, so it was hard to tell. Definitely some citrus, maybe almost more lime-y than lemony, but I'll have to check it out better the next time I'm in the tent. But it smells strong.
The Apollos are really overwhelming everything else, though. Checked on the tent when I got up this morning and I can smell them over everything else. Which I suppose makes sense, since they'll be the first to finish. But yeah, man, they smell really, really strong.
