Hello all! Welcome to my New England guerrilla outdoor 2011 grow journal.
I finally got my all my genetics from the Attitude wrangled up today and decided to mark the event by beginning my summer 2011 grow journal.
Background:
I am a horticulture hobbyist with numerous indoor CFL runs and one guerrilla outdoor season under my belt. These projects were grown primarily in organically fertilized, soil-based medium around longitude 50. Last season my partner, The Wiz and I had great luck with some Cannicopia Chunk D, Local NYCD x Strawberry Cough, and Local Durban Thunderfuck. We put in a ton of work with minimal yield due to various problems, a hurdle we intend to vastly overcome this summer with an earlier start and better planning/spot selection.
Current undertaking:
Veg | (1)Reserva Privada Kandy Kush | (1) DNA Rock Lock -> Mothers
Flower | (2) DNA 60 Day Wonder Autos
Summer prospects:
Cali Connection Sour OG*
Cali Connection Deadhead OG*
Reserva Privada Kandy Kush (mother established)*
Pyramid Tutankhamen
Pyramid Anesthesia
Pyramid Osiris
Dutch Passion Orange Bud
Dutch Passion Mekong High
Dutch Passion White Widow
Ceres Hollands Hope*
Green House The Church*
Barneys Farm LSD*
DNA Rock Lock (mother established)*
MDanzig Sour 60 Regular Autoflower*
The 'stared' items are those that I ordered with the intent of using, the others were freebies from Attitude. I have to note at this point that I was disappointed with this order from Attitude. Previous to this order I would have given them an A+ rating, however I seem to be missing two feminized seeds I paid for. That being said, the order came quick and stealthy as usual, with plenty of free genetics, so I won't totally write them off just yet.
I may use the WW, OB, or MH but I still have to conduct a bit more research as to how these will fair in the North East. Any comments/opinions on these three or any others from the above is greatly appreciated!
The Sour 60's will stay in the freezer until they are ready to be sprouted indoors, however the *'d genetics (all of which are single feminized seeds) will be started tonight to get the mothers ready for cloning asap.
Well that's all for now folks,
Bud D
