That's some work right there... Nice!
Jelly arms now?
I dropped a three tie bale, from the top of the stack, on my tiller... It didn't fare so well.😅
Got some welding to do.
A little stress every now and again helps you regain your resistance; makes you stronger. 😃 too much kills you.
This is the reality of the world we live in.

@iX_Lazy_Xi knock it out of the ballpark bubba; that looks like a great spot.. I think the deeper the better; and lots of drainage where possible. the lighter; more drainable soil; the better; IMO; drainage is key. If you have any clay in that dirt; mix in husk if possible; for offset.. Even grass; or any biomass will work; till in some charcoal also; if you can. Load with N; Then gradually getting the dirt nice and cooked by the time flowering time swings around for the bombshell harvest.

I would love to do one of those this year; I have so many ideas. But down under; I think is better; cause it's more equilibrium; it's more environmentally dialed; from overheat with the roots in the earth; IMO. Verses a pot; but strategies have advantages/drawbacks.

This is how I want to be buried. Plant a tree over me; so I can do some good when I'm gone. 😁

North Seattle; sipping near beers and soda water; smoking out back. Bunch of silly drunks. Poor idiot's; 😇 I was one of them once. LOL But I certainly do enjoy hanging out with the silly bastards. Something interesting to do; they are fun to be around; and I like shooting on that free table back there; I've not met a single competent player yet; but I'm sure there's a few. Maybe I'll start shooting again regular. I've got another cousin that's good at this also; lives in Minnesota now. God I used to enjoy hustling pool; but started feeling sorry for the victims; it's a bonified sickness; gambling. Or a free enterprise; depending on how you look at it. A true game of intimidation; and strategy.

The stick speaks for itself; people get quiet. Or angry. Either one is acceptable too me.

An interesting read; and telling about evolutionary biology; and the roles light play. Remember @Aquaman talking about light; signaling; and hormones? ect...

Same thing; but the more highly evolved human kind.... Our nervous system is regulated by light; or some more primal type of energy. ie. chemical; light; or heat (all cellular organisms) Sleep is a requirement; a balancing act; and it's regulated by evolution. Mankind has upended this all this in recent decades. For those with any weight issues; this is a must read; and possibly melatonin at night could be of great benefit. ie. restoring balance equilibrium.

ie. Homeostasis.
noun

  1. the tendency toward a relatively stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, especially as maintained by physiological processes.

Such an intricate balance; man is truly becoming sentient in his understanding of these phenomena. So fascinating IMO.

This guy was the real OG; the single largest land interest inside Washington state besides the U.S Gov. (to this very day); and he died on June; 11, 1994 (aged 95) My property up in the mountains comes from among his portfolio; been working on this subject lately. Talked to the buyer again today; he's still very interested in working with me; but I've got some legal issues; I need to settle. Might get a lawyer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Israel

Sounds like he's willing to pay ball with everything I wanted; plus cut me off half an acre. and pay for the partitioning. Provide me with lumber; mineral rights; to be negotiated. I might be able to actually make this work for everyone involved. Wouldn't that be awesome; if it could work. Money to build a home; plus wood and stone; plus 1/2 acre of the prime. 😁 Need to start talking with lawyers; on all 3 sides; so that the right balance can be obtained; and the land is preserved well as possible; in the interest of everyone. No more landslides. 😉 No more destruction; let them fix their mess. LETS GET TO WORK.

I won't negotiate with drunk rednecks; under duress; period.

Sam Israel began purchasing real estate in the 1920s, with the intent to always buy and never sell. His impetus for buying land came from the history of Jewish persecution and the inability of Jewish people to own land. He bought land with almost religious fervor and almost never sold although he was known to exchange property, not at a loss.

"Jews couldn't buy land for many years." he said, "By nature, Jews protect themselves.

Wasn't feeling it yesterday but its catching up now.😂 hard to tell from the pic but I can double the space and then some if I want next season. Will definitely be investing in a sleeve hitch for the tractor next year, eventually a better tractor wanted to see how this goes first. Still have a ton more work to do before planting.

If there's still a stall available ill weld it up for you! Love watching that pretty blue light, like a moth to the flame 🤣🤣🤣🤣👨‍🏭

Finally going to put my chicken army to good use 😉 location gives me sunlight from sun up to sun down, going to do the rows on the short to let drainage go down the slight hill you can see, as far as the soil itself other than little bit of shale its beautiful top soil

Nice Fez, probably not from the Shriners...

They do good work... And shit breakfast... That's winning no matter who's keeping score.

Brilliant thinking; Your considering all the angles. Think of that thing like a pool table; and what pockets you want your balls (water) to fall; and where they'll be put on the table.... We used to do this with our big garden back at the farm; dumping the catfish muck from the pond up above; letting it channel down in-between the rows..... watermelons were the best I've ever eaten; hands down; and they would get massive big.

I think your water table is something along these lines here; if I'm judging the angles correctly. Your lowest spot appears to be at the bottom left; which is probably where the richest soil is located. Just my guess.

I would even look at perhaps maybe getting yourself a few strategically placed air stones. I've got a few of these things; or try to figure something along this lines. The more drainability; air flow you can get under that soil; the better; that's a fact.. IMHO; hands down; it's the biggest factor under consideration; that you can manipulate here on the front end that will result in the largest overall impact; increase overall energy production potentials. It will "feed" your roots and microbes; in turn produce those massive white root networks we all strive to create...

I'd get something like this; then bury it far down the undersides of each plant; or possibly some other funky ideas. 🤠 You could even do it with PVC (garden hose) or almost anything; hook it all up to a bigger air pump, if it's feasible to create air pressure somehow. hyper feeding those root ends. Basically an aeroponic hybrid kind of approach. You can even construct makeshift; (less expensive) air stones with a hose tip (perforated) some gravel; and sand.... Then surround it above with proper rich soils....

Certainly not; he was big on education and preserving heritage. A bonified human bean. Here's a look at the foundation. Shriners is certainly a good organization also. I think they are usually Masons; which I'm not exactly sure if Sam was affiliated with them. (certainly could have been) I hail from a group of Masons myself; but never joined them.

Wouldn't admit if I were 🤣 Supposed to be secret. I didn't even know about family friends; members until I was an adult and pressed them on the issue. My dad's best friend was really involved; since forever. What a great man. Once took all the guns out of the house; and stored them; when my father started babbling like an idiot back in 2005; shortly before I went back to Chicago area to help get his affairs back into order. Best hunter; fisherman; woodsman; survivalist or otherwise I've ever known; period. I've known quite a few; but Ward was among the best of them.

Typical 2am dinner. Bronze cut pasta; fresh red beet greens; fresh garlic; fresh serrano's pepper and vodka sauce. Very simple to make. On another note; This melatonin I started taking recently is really help to improve my mood; helping to correct my sleep/wake cycles. I can feel it already; what a difference.

I think the last of the winter really took it's toll on us this year.
