Im trying to get my friend to make a couple of those emblems on a cnc machine out of aluminum.that way i can weld a rod to it.the wood works well but metal would better.

I think so to bro! i wonder if there is a way to antique aluminum.make it rustic looking.the only thing i wish i would of done diff so far is when i put the molding on the top i put it all together and then stained it.next time ill stain it then put the oak border on and just leave it that color with just a coat of polly. that will really stand out.but its a learning process so next time i know.maybe when i build yours jeffro lol:hi

I would think that some sort of anodizing could give that effect. But anodizing isn't cheap from what i remember. That would be a nice finishing touch with the oak being a different tone. I think Me and Motherlode are both chompin at the bit for one of those man. im sure many others are too..:)

If i didnt have a regular 6 to 6 job and i was really rich! hell id still build these for fun and give them away. lol

Bro that really wouldnt bother me.we all have to start somewhere.nothing wrong with helping people just starting out,and trying to play the game.i had one post to one time,and so has everyone else.we all have to give a lil sometime.

This is the only site im on for a reason.because it has the best group of growers and the best people to learn from.period end of story.....lol

Got the inside completely painted 4" inline attached with the carbon filter installed,and the inside vents screwed down.ill post up pics a lil later.

So this first one here i was just doing a test fit.

Next one shows how i attached the inline and exhaust flange to the back after it had been painted

next 2 show that i just used pipe clamps and dryer ducting for the hook ups

Two of the back just for reference

After i hung the light in

Last 3 were with the light on.giving her a test run before i put the wires in there resting spots. gonna run her till the morning route the wires,and put the girls in there new home...:hi
