Yes you can change your schedule. Do it by adding 1 lights on hour per day, keeping the 12 off. Plants measure the number of dark hours. So maintain that strict 12 off. So each day it'll be lights on at 3pm, then 4pm, 5pm.......until you have them go on around 8pm/off 8am. It will take you 6 days and done.
I understand this can be a little nerve-wracking but it will be fine. If you're a little worried about it, don't do the changing until you're 2 weeks in to flowering.
Use half of what the label calls for on your veg nutes, if your already doing that, then split that dose in half. Rock like that until it acts right.note taken I will lay off on the pruning for a while. You guys are awesome I love talking about these plants and my girl is tired of hearing about em. The clawing you see in some of leaves should I be concerned? I had a nitrogen tox late in my veg stage using the wrong nutes and I had to flush both plants twice to correct it. I haven’t had any problems since. My ph is a little high but it’s coming down with every watering. Any ideas

I’m using fox farm ocean forest I’m using plain distilled water no nutes at all I heard fox farm was hot soil and I never flushed it before transferring them into it. Only supplement I use is cal mag I thought about adding some dr Humboldts flower stacker and sweet and sticky here soonUse half of what the label calls for on your veg nutes, if your already doing that, then split that dose in half. Very concise.The easiest way to change your light schedule during flower is to turn your lights off and let the plants stay in the dark until you reach the time you wish your lights to come on again. So if you're at 2p-2a, when the lights shut off at 2a, just keep them off until the time you wish to change it to. You can even keep the lights off for 24-48 hours without any issues.
As far as humidity goes, it sounds like the dehumidifier you have works fine, but your tent is not sealed enough to make a difference if your house is at 70%.
If you're on a budget it may be more cost effective to buy a bigger dehumidifier that can handle your whole house or at least the room where your tent is located. Would be cheaper than using a portable a/c..
If you're on an extreme budget and neither of these options are available, you could try to better seal your tent. Maybe use some duct tape to cover any gaps or holes, over the stitches in the material, etc. Maybe get creative and use some large trash bags, cover the entire tent with trash bags and duct tape to try to seal it as much as possible. Just a few ideas. I'm a big fan of getting resourceful and saving money in any way possible!

Actually you might benefit to ditch the exhaust fan if you're running CO2 as well you're going to end up pulling air in one way or the other and venting out your CO2, so having a completely sealed room/tent for CO2 is generally the ideal method.Thank you for the info bro
I mean I can close all vent holes and get a very very solid suction within the tent using the exhaust fan. I also have co2 supplementing. Should I close the vent holes and run the exhaust or close and no exhaust

If it were me, I would put the exhaust fan on a timer to only turn on when the lights are off.
He he.....yep. I know it's counter to what we've been trained, to keep that strict 12/12. But it's the 12 dark that triggers flowering, not the 12 light part. Also, unless you're dealing with an equatorial variety, think about summers where most of us live. At the end of June (the opposite for southern hemisphere) we get what? 15, 16 hours of sun? By the end of July, when almost all plants have triggered to flower, we're still getting 14 hours of light. Almost all plants will actually flower with a 13 on / 11 off schedule. You can do that.......that will also work. Just keep the lights off for those extra hours. Personally, I don't like it because in this case you actually are manipulating the dark cycle. It's kind of like giving it 1 day of December. It will work, it's easy.....it's just abrupt. So what I’ve got now is it sealed off except for a small vent on the top of the tent to let hot air out, my hygrometers near my dehumidifier are saying it’s 53% at soil level. Hopefully with it sealed I can achieve that across the tent. Is 53 low enough to escape bud rot ?So seal the tent off no exhaust fan let my dehumidifier run in the tent still right and cut the exhaust fan on at night
