I just had a nice sit down with Chemdog. We smoked and talked about things. He's doing well but too busy to make seeds anytime soon. He suggested Top Dawg take a run at the cup this year with his support. He really likes the Star Dawg and thinks it can win. I guess he hasn't gotten his Rolex from rez yet and probably never will.:sign0065: We'll be trading some clones next time he comes around. So i'll be getting the Candy Chem and a few others. I hit him off with a few packs of seeds and a pocket full of Star Dawg, Guava, White, Chemdog D nugs and parted ways.

Yes, they have incredible genetics. Are you guys retired? It seems that I see numerous posts about Chemdog, JJ-Nyc, OGRaskal strains and nothing to buy. That is except for once or twice a year, the strains are here for about 2 minutes then gone for a year. Dont you guys like money? Lets see, twice or three times as many seeds-maybe they last 3 hours-are you guys crazy? Get to work!!! Stop Fing around.

What you guys dont understand is that these people are not in the "seed" business...We are lucky that JJ is even inspired to work with genetics as best he can , given his legal climate, amid his real life constaints. If you truly need to grow some pot move to Ca where its lala land. StarDawg cuts are now floating around in Cali in fact. The last drop had StarDawg up, yes StarDawg for a good 2 hours.....might not seem like long but.......2 hours....Tres sis was up forever too......

I think these limited releases happen for an honest reason (considering the state of things in the world). These guys aren't huge-scale giant-warehouse breeders. Everything they do is on a much smaller scale than say somebody like Shantibabba. They work with such incredible genetics that have created a huge following in the world. You think these guys don't know the value of money? LOL, These limited releases help to create the market. These guys are setting the scale for whats elite and what is not when it comes to raw potency and flavor. I couldn't thank breeders and connoisseurs like JJ, chemdog, and OGR enough for putting out what they do.

Hey grenbone I understand what you mean about Shanti etc. And I certainly admire what JJ's done with what he's got. Created some amazing shit from what I read on here. BUT, in my opinion you guys are a bit caught up in the hype of chems and "OG" etc. This market you're referring to, and whats considered "elite" only exists on the internet in my experience. I don't mean to denigrate the points you're making here but there is another world outside the internet, and its called.. the REAL world, lol. The Chem's and OG's are only two of about one hundred great varieties of marijuana. Throw in the haze family and thats 3 (So i don't seem biased here) And I believe JJ knows this which is why he's been working with the africans trying to create something new for you guys. But to feel "lucky" that any of these breeders are selling you some good seeds, I think you're perception on what makes great bud is a bit skewed, well either that or you just really love chems, hey to each our own right? Anyhow my bad JJ for takin this thread off topic but I think some good points were made and I'd love to grow your stardawg like snowblind mentioned earlier so thats why I commented on what Zombiewolf said.
