Just being honest brother. I have made RSO It never had the gold highlights as yours does. Mine was always black as tar. Before the alcohol was purgedThanks :)
It turned out like shatter.
My wife knocked it on the floor the other day and it fractured into 10 pieces.

ever clearWas that extracted with ISO or Everclear?
What part of the plant did you use?
My trim seems to come out darker.
But I used strictly top cola's for the run in that pic.
Here is the wash before purge

And the patty after finish and consolidation with backlighting.

I used buds. Its all i had. I used Everclear as Solvent. I let the Everclear extract for 3-3 1/2 minutesWhat part of the plant did you use?

How did you purge the Solvent, and which Solvent did you use? What part of the plant did you use?

Thanks for sharing%99 iso.
Ground up all the fully dried cured bud in the magic bullet. Turned it to dust.
Then filled with iso and blended for 30 seconds.
Rough strained the plant matter.
Added matter back to bullet with more iso for 2nd wash.
Combined washes and ran through coffee filters. Then a 2nd time.
Added washed scraps to my iso scrap jar.
A saucepan filled with water, a silicone 9" round pan floating on top containing the solution.
Kept water below boiling point until most was evapped. Then at the end about 5 minutes of boiling water for the final purge. The boiling water can't exceed 212 (boiling point). And the heat loss through the silicone I'd say 200° the oil reaches or so at the end.
This final purge at the end helps turn it into a shatter consistancy.
At the end I take the silicone pan and fold it over itself to get the oil consolidated.
Makes for an easy job.

I disagree. Completely. He said during tge final purge he had tge temp 180-200 degrees. That will decarb tge oil. Thats the Temperature i use when i mske My Cannabis eJuice. A few puffs abd my pain goes bye bye.thanks for your play by play. if your making a consistent shatter type product then i think youve nailed it.
but i wouldnt call it rso oil because its never been fully decarbed.

no ass pfft, not I got fat tits but as u see no butt

If you're saying its not RSO because he didn't use Namptha. You're wrong there too. I Read Rick Simpson's book abd he says any of the three solvents can be used when making RSO.
99% isopropyl
Ethanol
Light Namptha
You were correct when you said he nailed it. Best looking RSO I ever saw. Well done @rmoltis
Don't know why some think it isnt decarbed unless its decarbed at the beginning in the ovenYou are correct it is decarbed at the end.
I ingest it and it's effective.
And even as a dab gives a nice sedative/pain killing effect.
I dose my cat regularly as her cancer medicine. And she responds great to it.
Stimulates her thirst and appetite. Allows her to find comfort, relax and rest when she needs.
The meds make her tired.
But the oil also helps her play and be cuddly when she feels.
It truly is great to see how much it helps her. Warms your heart when you see her fully relaxed stretched out. Just allowing her discomfort to fade away for a few hours.

The THC A gets converted to THC. It doesnt matter what step it is in the process.
I don't decarb my concentrates at tge beginning. I just because extract and concentrate. Its going to be decarbed when i vape it in my wax Atomizer.
two parts to decarboxylation, time and temperatureI disagree. Completely. He said during tge final purge he had tge temp 180-200 degrees.
Rick Simpsons recipe has changed over the years he used to say don't decarb.two parts to decarboxylation, time and temperature
rmoltis discribed method has not met neither to be called rso.
rso has been fully decarbed by heat
if you have read the book or watched the video those few drops of water added to the rso near the end boil is so you can visually see when total decarboxylation is complete.
u need 180 f to decarb right??
