Safer to ditch the gfci. Those can be a liability for a pump that needs to be on 24/7 or activated at will.Final video of the series.

@pdasterly its worth it to get the chop saw.there really not that much but it will make clean cuts on the pipe and also easy to trim the bulkheads.
