No sir, little to no run off. I only use 3-4 gallons on every 3rd day. The rule i go by is i wait to see the soil pull away from the sides before i water. This is my first bed and first run with gsc but i think yhe bed is helping with stretch. They were 13" at flip and now they are 26" at 2 weeks and i think they're done stretching, atleast i hope they are.

That's good to know, Cheesy Poof! I'm ready to get the beds rockin' in the Funk Lab. I think my GSC didnt stretch much bcawz of the small pot size I'm using! They were about 2' b4 the flip. Post up a new pic for us, Broham!

Whats also handy ive found when running beds is a moisture meter- helps eliminate any guesswork, usually has like 6-8" moisture probe.

Ya they aren't amazing but when running beds you can guage your root growth by checking moisture levels at different points in the bed.
