After having a long conversation with a nurse I no that works at a local hospital.
the biggest concern here is the hospitals overflowing like they have in France.
With the overflow of patients the hospitals will have to turn away patients that need to be hospitalized and put on a ventilator to keep them alive long enough for there bodies to fight the virus, if there bodies can survive the struggle.
As I understand it this virus is 2.5 times more contagious then the common flu.
the first patients came in at her hospital on Tuesday, there were 5.
The next day 10 more were diagnosed and admitted and 1 of the 5 died that day.
Currently there have been 50+ admitted, she did not no how many deaths.
That’s just one hospital in the valley I live in.
She is a ER nurse at ST. Vincent’s.
One of there other biggest fear is the doctors and nurses contracting the virus and spreading into the hospital population and killing more people with weak immune systems.
Exactly. At that point, what are you classified as with regards to rights and life?the video part is not the big part, the larger issue is holding ppl without trial or suspending courts while ppl are held without formal charges or due process

I second this. We can all just sit back in our cozy homes and see what really happens. Only time will tell. Well, you didnt notice that I quoted a coupe of your posts. Look at the post I made that you just quoted. Why would you be eating and partying in a place that is packed with people and then go work/volunteer at a public food pantry?????
Supposedly to limit public contact with each other and to limit exposure to possibly contaminated trash..I THINK.how does that keep ppl safe ? counter productive to say the least

Because we are not paranoid and have service to do.
You can't go to the store without being exposed, to the gas station, Dr office ,court house etc, etc, etc.
These are farm community's, Joe's heifers has a breached calf. What do you do when Joe calls for help?
What happens when a,water pipe breaks? What do you do if Chris's pasture catches fire?
I don't know, but I help.
I'm not afraid of this crazy flu and not many other's here are either.
If I lived in a filthy nasty city I guess ide be more concerned.
And as for the food pantry.
We are practicing spacing, they walk up, we take their name and load food in their car.
I don't get in anyone's space and never have, common courtesy.
We are not just going to become a slug and hide under a rock.
Life can only go on if it's lived.
