Ya I got a fan down there. I knew that higher rh was all right in veg, but I thought 65% or 70%, but 80% had me a little worried. I am gonna have to figure out a fresh air intake down there. this winter tho, it ought to be perfect! If it gets to cold, I will just hook up my 600 watt batwing open air hood to warm it up, and run two lights in flower. I mean if I have to pay for heat, I might as well use the light for heat and grow with it. 2 - 600 watt lights ought to grow some beasts in my waterfarm 8 pack. I just use the whole room to flower in. I got 2- 12x12 rooms downstairs that I don't even use. Well I got the veg tent in there now of course. I could use the other room to flower in, and unlike now, this winter, i won't have the high humidity problem to deal with... I mean a space heater and a 600 hps prob cost about the same and put out about the same amount of heat, I would think????

I read a lot of journals until i meet Prof Wish. After that, not so much... Reading is good, but there is a lot of miss info out there, that will totally screw you up... Prof Wisher,, knows a little about soil too,,, So once you get them topside,, we will go from there.
And Purpletrain was right, next time, paper towel/baggy for germination. I watched my seedling pop out in 1 day, after 2 days in the paper towel. If you don't see anything soon, I would just germinate some more seeds. Remember, once she is a month and half old or so, you can clone, and flip to flower, and veg your clones while momma is flowering, and boom perpetual harvest. I start at least 1 bean of every strain, and just veg them, taking clones when you want to run a certain strain, and keeping the mommas small by cloning the tops. That way you always got 3 or 4 different strains that you can run at any time...

Yea I take the info I read for what its worth. Its still cool to see what's working for people and what's not. I know the seeds have sprouted so I'm sure I'll be above ground in a day or two. Appreciate the help bro, always nice to get help from a fellow farmer

so you know how I got those gg#4 beans from my mothers friend
well the first few beans were pretty much hot garbage
then I picked throught the weed and found a bunch more....where I posted that pic
so I poped 1 in a shot glass of water
in about 4 hours it sprouted a tail....unfuckinbelievable
so she is now sittin in some coco ...I say by tomorrow she will be above ground
the reason I say she is because it is an S1
selfed seeds...so I know she is a she....just hope I get something super amazing
I know it will be because it is gg#4 chem lineage....super stank and frosty
might be a new mommy

You can use a closet, hell i used a big box for my clone/seedlings in the beginning. But Lil veg tents ain't but about 50 on ebay...

I need to find my perfect strain. But from what I know, I don't quite understand... I know gg#4 is something awesome cause I read ppl talking about it.... I want a high yielding purple strain... I really should have went with the purple urcle.... It looked nice....

I mean this isnt a 100 bean pheno hunt
but I havnt been involved in something like that since the late 90's

It's so hard to believe that Lil fragile thing has caused so many legal problems.. Anyway she is looking good. I'm gonna start my other beans tonight. Just photos. I am gonna save the autos till I am 1 month from harvest on my next run and veg them the whole time under t5, and then day 30, flip them under mh for a week, then his to finish. The way I see it, with clones, I should be able to run a flowering room that changes over about every 2 months. I am excited...

pheno hunt is with any strain bag seed or high end genetics
you can get a 10 pack of seeds from a reputable breeder and all 10 seeds are different
they will all have similar traits but just like humans are different
so you grow them all out and the best flower.....for whatever you are looking for
flavor/structure/smells/effects....etc....
