I did get a meter.. Mine is pretty good but a lil cheaper!
Here is the one that I will heve when i have to replace//

And yes to be precise you would need to do bakers math,
but me being a math scholar and all,
i redid the equations to make it easier.. :)
I just need to calculate how much bloom needs added,
and the ratio of 5 ml of bloom is related to 1 ml of floralicious, 5 ml of fruit and fusion, 2 ml of hydrogaurd...
Because that is what gh feed schedule calls for..
Simplified :)

Yeah, that's nice. I had a friend who was kind of slow (lol I hate to say that), I'm pretty sure he would never get the bakers math, but he had one like that and grew some nice plants. Makes it a lot easier I guess.
Is it kinda of cool to watch me have them aha moments while Wisher was teaching me? The bakers math was one of them, mater fact it was huge for my confidence..
Wait to you see the runt Auto finish! Spectacular for an auto, esp that i about killed a few times!

I saw the picture, but I'm having a hard time seeing how it works. The nutrients go into bucket 1 then 2, etc all the way to 18 then back to res, or is there three different entries and exits (one for each row)?

Yep there is a bucket called the epicenter... It sits at the head of the system from that all 3 rows are connected at the bottom with pvc pipe. At the other end of the system is another set of pcv pipes and we hook a pump sucking that all back to the epicenter, where its recirculated. it will completely recirculate everything in 3 mins, every 3 mins... In the epicenter sits the meter so i can look at it at any time and know what my ph is, and what my nutrient strength is...

in this pic the epicenter is at the bottom with a lid that has no hole like the growing chambers.. You will see the lil pump right next to it.. The other lil pumps you see on the left side is air pumps for the air stones

Cool, I was thinking that by the time it got to the 18 bucket the nutrients would be depleted but recirculating every 3 minutes it should stay pretty even the whole way. You gonna use air stones or the waterfall method?

In this pic above they are using something like 40 inch centers.. got them spread out..
My buckets will sit all together with the 3 (600) above them

Maybe put your air pump inlet in a cooler room so you're not pumping hot air into the water. Since you got a chiller it doesn't really matter I guess. This system is going to be badass for sure. Pullin elbows every 10 weeks. Nice!

I actually have to pull air from another room anyway because of the high c02 levels. That air would poison the plants.

I will say this, if I had higher ceilings, having a 4x8 table with 1/2 gal coco pots in there would be about the same.. Dwc imo will still walk the dog, but a f+d system like that would be powerful!

Yesterday... before defol
