quit drinking myself. almost 6 months its hard for sure but worth it in the long run. think of all the money youll save. stepped up my game too cuz i got alot more energy from not being buzzzed all the time. good luck on your grow and your move.

I try too keep my threads loose. Too much seriousness around here. And that just shows the love you got for the kid. Thanks for the words.

The first real test of not drinking looms. New Year's. Who needs to wake up gnarly hungover puking my face off hugging the porcelain princess when I could just... KEEP IT FRAICHE.

Hey ronvmpc-
Great threads, I enjoy your work. Your use of pics helped inspire me to be more creative myself.
As for stopping drinking and withdrawal, vegetables, specifically salad with all the micronutrients, make the brain less prone to pain and discomfort. It's like someone turned down the pain dial.
And getting cardio (raising your heartrate to 70% of maximum 3x weekly for 20 minutes) really helps with retraining your brain to be less affected by withdrawal symptoms(specifically the anxiety). If you are in a position to do cardio, that is.
Congratulations on the life change. Your example makes me want to improve myself as a person as well.

It's funny. When I got rid of cable the only shows I was going to miss are as follows... Family Guy, South Park ( love Randy Marsh), Spongebob, Ren and Stimpy and of course some good ol' fashion skinamax when the girls away. I remember when I was a budding young sprout and used to watch cinemax scrambled hoping out of all that snow you'll hopefully see a tit. Netflix has all that for $8 (Except the boobs:sad0047:)

Anyways, the creme fraiche episode always makes a bad day good.
