Yes it works... but not seeing the why...
imo slow cure is best, even over the sublimation...
slow cure...that is after your hang dry (then I do a paper bag pre cure) then jar up. burp...burp...smoke. its simple... and free of cost and time.
I've done the water cure also...bleah! a waste also...

Just throwing branches in the corner of the garden and let the sun and air dry em, beat them over a screen and have the best fresh hash ever. it worked for thousands of years that way, and still does.

not to argue on which is best for who...if it works for you, by all means keeper going.
just throwing my two cents in cuz that's what this sites for.
and throwing out the many ways of drying and curing is good for all.

SIR, i highly recommend you READ some more . This hobby is about ADVANCEMENT, NOT STAGNATING. Why would You want PAPER BAG BUDS? I know people are AFRAID of different techniques but, done CORRECTLY,it's just as better, if not BETTER than the OLD WORLD WAY OF CURING . Different hat's for different head's my grandpa would say. And actually done CORRECTLY, buds don't freeze Lmfao liquid evaporates with sublimation. If You haven't tried it ,can't judge it! Peace!

This is what you wanna do....

Grab something like a small cardboard box place under buds leaving buds open to air. Ive never tried laying on. Bare plastic, most of today's plastics aren't breathable in certain temps.
Leave totally in freezer two weeks don't touchem, if anything grab some tongs(lunch lady style) turnem each side one week each so both sides are exposed(VERY GENTLY TRICHS WILL FALL IN THESE TEMPS).
Third week take out a hour a day then OUT FREEZER , off to classic jarring till You find yourself a sweet spot. I like mines nice and sticky, wife loves hers brittle and dry.
Hope this helps.

I use these and linem with non inked paper, or cardboard with no ink.

@gamrs explains it the best but I use a shallow cardboard box. Spread out in a single layer. Leaves for two weeks or more. I go twenty days. Leave them alone during this period. After this period is over take the entire box or whatever u use out. Put in a dark place for an hour then back in. Repeat for a week then into jars and do what u would normally do.i promise u u will love it! If u try it let the farm know what u think! And feel free to ask me anything u want bro!

I respect that. But u should never pick ur weed up cuz that fractures them too. So doesn't putting ur weed in a grinder. C where I'm goin. Trichs fall off. If done correctly u don't loose any more trichs than u would any other way. Hanging ur bud trichs fall off. Moving ur bud trichs fall off. This isn't a matter of opinion. Sublimation works. The method is supported by many many growers. I have dried and cured with succes for years and since switching to sublimation my weed is better. I apologize delirium not trying to come off confrontational I respect u ur grows and ur opinions. But if u haven't tried it how would u know how well it works. Next harvest put an eighth in the freezer then let me know what u think! Even if u don't like it u will at least have a better idea.

My point was to never store or place for any reason your flowers in a freezer.
The actual gland will fracture, I'm not talking about falling off which they will I mean the actual gland will break.
Y I rarely run a 25 micron back when sifting, most trics will be either broken or immature anyway.

Ok i got 5 mins to spare. My dumb ass signed up for double duty when i married my wife 4yrs ago today lol. So ill put this in common men terms for im not a chemist ,but smoking with one is TRIPPY to say the least .

HE ASSURED ME YES, SUBLIMATION IS A NEAT PROCESS of curing any veggies or certain fruit.

He also said Yeah im rupturing trichs BUT, im also altering the chemical process with thc/cbd. He advised me that trying sublimation THEN, doing traditional curing ie. Jars, burping. Would excel scents and make it more robust . He said a lot, but that's what i got directly. He's a chemist for Raytheon, dude's really TRIPPY older Caucasian very cool dude . Ill talk witem again next week. Sorry for the rushing eating a lot of kat today ! Lmfao

over the years you will get use to when to take the plants down from drying. I don't go as low as 55%. I vac seal at 60% this extends the freshness of the buds without getting any mold IMO. When I tried 50,55 the buds dried up to fast. I also hang the whole plant for 4-5 days when the outer leaves are crunchy I check daily on the inner leaves to be crunchy I take her down remove all branches from the main stock. I do all my trimming with dry plants. The end product always turns out better for me doing it this why..

I just harvested 2 OG Mango's. whe nI finished trimming the rh% was 63% I was dam near spot on. So I let the lid open over night next day 60%. the next day still 60%. just where i LIKE IT...

Sublimation is the transformation from a solid to a gas without going through the liquid phase.... You use dry ice, the CO2 surrounds the bud to eliminate all oxygen, and removes all moister.. Not popping it in the frost free freezer.

The only thing I directed your way was why freeze all your bud? that's it... but u r entitled to your opinion.... same here, just didn't dis u personally...don't want to be ur brother either and give me back my comix...or ..or I'll tell granny that u been in her panty drawer..................:wtf:
