all skinned and quartered. You can tell a lot about the size in the tenderloin. They were big ones.
I don't usually bother with the neck meat, but this boy was heavy in the neck. Lots of burger meat .now I'm on the slow roll. bag up the hind quarters and in the fridge they go till later. got to go get my tarp and blanket and seat before they disappear.
