So far growing with the Growpito Sim Mix has used half of the 55 gallon reservoir in 22 days. Plants are drinking every other day and could probably take 15%, rather than 30%, floods every day. Feed is stable at 1000 ppm like they said.

I'm still getting the yellowing leaves like last grow but I believe it's the Jack's nutrients. I'll get around to ordering mega crop next week but I got the float valve finally.

I have two mothers from #5 rooted in the Growpito but I need to build another bucket system. I found a tent on Amazon, 9x4x7.5, with two 4x4x7.5's and two 1x4x3.75.

Still having calcium issues waiting on Greenleaf to send my stuff. For the amount of time these vegged they aren't nearly as big as I would like. I am saving water though

I tried to grow an auto version of this one time in coco and failed.

I'm going to try these freebie seeds. Gonna veg three in a 1 gallon pot then transplant to a 3 gallon then I'll take cuttings. Seeds just popped today

Got my order or cal mag from Greenleafnutrients.com and added it to the res. Color has improved and yellowing leaves have stopped. Getting musky and sweet smells with the bud feeling wet from the oil production. Order mega crop soon with some sweet candy.

So far I've only used 30/55 gallons in my reservoir and I recently topped it off for the first time since the grow started. Plants are sitting at 1000 ppm with no problems just as Growpito instructed.

How many plants in your grow....I have 3 auto ak 47 at week 1 of flower and they are little compared.nice structure though. I had 4 weeks veg and then flower. So hoping I get some stretch.Nice colas.

4 plants in my flower room, 3 in a one gallon, and 4 in a three gallon.

$14.14 at the time but digikey is selling them at $8 for a 1120 3500k or 5000k

For about $450-600 you could build a 480 or 600 watt 18 strip array for a 4x4

I was actually partial to a 3500k for both but I believe the yield, growth and potency of the 3000k was more than satisfactory for the amount of money and effort spent. Personally I didn't notice a difference from my MH that I veg and clone with compared to vegging under 3000k.

The consensus goes that, as you said 5000k+ for veg and 3000k or less for flower. However people have been using either to do both flower and veg with no problems.

If I had the money I'd probably run with nothing but 3500 or 3000k

These are chugging along nicely. I think they'll be ready to clone in another 4 weeks. I've been lazy and not really noted anything of significance while I'm still trying to figure out this Growpito Sim Mix out.

These are doing worse than I would like. I can't shake whatever issue this because it happened the first time. Increasing, nitrogen, PK, or CalMag did nothing. It will go away around week 7 or 8 but whatever.

I grew it decades ago then got out of growing for a while. I had a few old pill bottles that had some seeds that I had saved over the years, which included a few of the Matanuska strains. I was surprised when one of them popped.. actually a couple, about 30% germination rate after 30 years, although it took a week and they weren't giants at the beginning. Since then, clones and a few unseen male flowers have worked to keep it alive. I have another bottle that is full of all kinds of older, pre named strains from the 70s. I haven't had much luck popping any of those, but it's a work in progress. As much as I love the strain, I need some variety and I have had enough of this to keep me satisfied for a while.

Depends on how I feel. First run was 23 days second run was 8 weeks. With the jack I'm going to take clones from those 3 once they mature. My perpetual is dicey right now because I don't have a drying tent or a decent veg space yet.
