that makes sense, is it easier to start inside then move them outside?
I wouldn't say it's easier. Many gardeners start plants inside, though, so it's common practice. The advantage is that starting inside effectively makes the growing season longer. The disadvantage is that the plants need to be hardened. This is also called "hardening off." Here's a quote from a Google page:
What is hardening? Hardening, or "hardening off," is the process of allowing a plant to transition from a protected indoor or greenhouse environment to the harsh outdoor conditions of fluctuating spring temperatures, wind, and full sun exposure.
The plants can't be set outside in a single day. They should be set outside for a few hours at a time till they're able to adjust to the outside environment. How that happens depends on the plant and the weather. For example, if it's still cold at night, they would need to be brought in to a warm room for the night.

ahhh okay so they need time to adjust if they’re gonna be outside. a few hours a day like the quote said.

i just put them out in the ground when ready, i never harden off, but i’m not saying not to do it..

so i just watered/fed my plant wednesday and she’s feeling a little light is it normal to have to feed/water every 3-4 days?

@Goodshit97
@GNick55
@BigBlonde
Totally normal. I usually have to water every other day, sometimes i was watering everyday in peak flower. Ive since cut out adding perlite to keep my watering down.

how many days since flowering started or when hours of 14 or less of light was given?

I noticed you added big grow big - that's a veg fert high in N - also see a little curling of leaves going down - i'd take that one out of your lineup for flower (i use the fox farm trio for my main nutes)

calmag has a small dose of N which i use during that phase.

do you feel your soil smells of something in particular after you water (about an hour after) ?

grow big is the closest he has to a balanced nutrient and plants are still needing nitrogen, most of those curled leaf tips is damage already done from watering too frequently and the bottom of the bag sitting in water as well, both of which has been taken care of..
here you should print this out.,

yeah my leaves have been pointed down i think they’re just damaged all the others are good though

i’d say give it the 5 week feed again when ready than maybe next time after that we’ll change it again..
see if @Goodshit97 agrees as we have been agreeing with each other along the way and your plants look great for what they went through..
now drinking up faster, reacting nicely to the light, leaves didn’t seem to fade much more- a good thing!.. much much better..
should go back to start of thread and read all the crazy advice your were given..
