Looking good but shes got prolly 2 or 3 weeks left yet. Maybe 4, hard to say really. So full potential wont be for a few weeks yet. They swell the most the last 2 weeks.

thanks! okay cool i will put that in my notes as a reference. will i still be feeding her up until the end of her life with nute water or do you use plain water towards the end?Looking good but shes got prolly 2 or 3 weeks left yet. I use plain water but im using organics, so i feed about 4 weeks before harvest and then just water til chop. Youll want to just taper back and feed til the end.thanks! okay cool i will put that in my notes as a reference. will i still be feeding her up until the end of her life with nute water or do you use plain water towards the end?
Most likely feed up until the last week-ish depending on trich development you’ll have to gauge the cutoff and start with plain water, but Nick and Goodshit will help you alongthanks! okay cool i will put that in my notes as a reference. will i still be feeding her up until the end of her life with nute water or do you use plain water towards the end?
Yes it does, some Sativa dominant strains or pure sativas won't even turn amber at all. So you basically harvest when your at 90% Milky Trichomes. This info I found in my Marijuana Botany book by Robert Connell Clarke. It's an advanced study of the propagation and breeding of distinctive cannabis.okay cool i do know about if the the trichomes are cloudy then it’s ready right? but i’ve also heard that the trichomes can be amber too for a different feel. does the trichome color vary by strain as well?
okay sounds good! i will post when it’s time for another feedingI use plain water but im using organics, so i feed about 4 weeks before harvest and then just water til chop. Youll want to just taper back and feed til the end.
okay cool, and you don’t do a flush at all? i’ve never done a flush eitherMost likely feed up until the last week-ish depending on trich development you’ll have to gauge the cutoff and start with plain water, but Nick and Goodshit will help you along
I usually use plain water the last 3 anticipated waterings usually 2 days apart so 6 days I don’t do a “flush” I just cut off neuts is all
She’s looking great! Awesome recovery!
okay so this is a Northern lights strain and that’s a indica right?Yes it does, some Sativa dominant strains or pure sativas won't even turn amber at all. Flushing is for toilets. Nick and I will keep ya going on track man, no need to worry mang.okay sounds good! i will post when it’s time for another feeding

lol i have seen some people do the flushing, what is it supposed to do for the plant?Flushing is for toilets. Nick and I will keep ya going on track man, no need to worry mang.
Absolutely nothing unless you have a buildup or ph issue. There is not any way possible to flush the plant of nutrients. I didnt even flush my first grow because when i started reading into flushing, i realized its just nonsense, because you can not remove nutrients from plant tissues. Its being proven every day now that flushing has zero benefits at harvest.lol i have seen some people do the flushing, what is it supposed to do for the plant?
Only benefit I can think of is cleaning the soil for reuse. I haven’t done it yet myself.lol i have seen some people do the flushing, what is it supposed to do for the plant?
That's perfect! I just happen to see those stands at the local nursery 3 days prior to reading that post that's why I mentioned it. I personally don't have any wood in my grow as well, but at 1 time in the 90s I had a wood built room with 12 1,000 light hps and 12 ballast outside the grow room. I never had any issues back then but I also wasn't using wood in any part of my grow other than structural use. I love those Fabric pots they sure make way more feeder roots than a plastic pot, with plastic pots you get that long tap root(water root) that wraps all around your plant.Luckily treated wood no longer uses creosote as the treatment method I can’t remember what it switched to. Spent 15 years in general construction. Personally I wouldn’t put treated wood in my tent (or in my garden), maybe it’s an old wives tale but it’s one I’ll heed myself. I can find metal alternatives, I used metal planter stands from dollar general with my 5 gallon fabric pots they where $3 each
They are under these plants, about 14” tall they held up fine with 5 gallon fabric pots as well as 5 gallon buckets, if you’re worried about the legs spreading just run a piece of 12 gauge wire through the feet so they can’t open up
Youve got time yet before youll havw to worey about that. I dont start looking until the almost all the pistils have turned orangewhen should i be start keeping an eye on the trichomes? and what should i be looking for when it comes to the Northern Lights strain? i never actually seen amber trichomes before.
oh okay, yeah i think mine are turning orange as well but there are still a good amount of white onesYouve got time yet before youll havw to worey about that. I dont start looking until the almost all the pistils have turned orange
