haha man, i wrote off hand watering a long time ago. hell, even my flowers and lawns are automated at this point. my dumb ass forgets to water em, or gets a few beers in me and says "i'll wake up early and do it." yeah, ok drunkard. that dude is an asshole, in case you didn't know already lol.

lowered the lights to 18" above the plants and adjusted to 17k lux, bumped the EC to 0.7, pH at 5.6. changed the fertigation cycles to one minute on every two hours starting one hour after lights on and ending three hours before lights off. going through significantly less solution that before, so gonna be keeping a real close eye on things for the next few days to make sure i'm pushing enough solution through as to not cause a spike in medium EC. otherwise, these things are starting to hit their stride.

crazy for being only a week in these pots. the growth rates are vicious. they look a tad hungry to me, but there's still 10 gallons in the res that needs to be ran through, so they'll just have to be hungry until it's at a level i can top off lol

my phone camera is taking some blurry pictures lately too. it's really starting to grind my gears. need to get a new SD card reader so I can get back to snapping pics with my nikon though. sorry for the 2010 era style pics y'all. google be fuckin with the shit again.

been on full strength feed for a couple days now, thinking it's time to dial the lights up a touch. start pushing em a little hard. lateral branching is taking off, so will be topping probably by saturday. just waiting for the first set of seven fingers to come through (fourth node).

really need to get to the hydro shop and pick up some new h2o2 as the stuff i have has neutralized between the end of last run and now, and i don't want to run pool shock in the coco. it's mainly to keep the res clean and clear anyhow since i don't run air pumps or any of that tomfuckery. need to pick up more MOAB and see if they have individual NFT rails, or can order them by the piece anyways.

the runoff being filled with tannins sure bugs the shit outta me too. can't wait to have the wool going.

decent enough, i'm not noticing any significant issues so far. adjusting the time to be 1 minute instead of 5 has made a big difference in terms of how long a res lasts too so that's helped quite a bit both on the water and nutrient cost.

for the first time ever, i'll be running a filter this time. after how strong the girls smelled last run, i rather not have all the family clothes and the house stinking like dank for months. life was easier when i was a bachelor lol didn't give two fucks if anyone thought a thing about my cologne, cannabody for men.

i was refereing to the end of the tubes where water is coming out. To me based on the pictures above, it feels like only some areas of the coco is getting waterd. I could be mistaking but it looks some areas are wet while other areas are dry.

have a prefilter on the intake fan and the exhaust is way above my head so pretty sure I'm safe lol though, combined the fans push 804CFM @ 100%, so it's not a little bit of air that'll be moving. I'll likely never run em at 100% though, no need since at 20% they're keeping the temps within 5 degrees ambient.

yeah, i'm not worried about it given i am assuming the media is wicking throughout the pots despite a single point of where the water touches. won't know until it comes to killing off plants though.
