I also run 2 extraction fans in the summer 1 either side of my 2.4x1.2 tent extracting to outside not inside the garage every little bit helps 👍

Just saw that in my hydroguard there is algae build up inside the container the wrapper part was never removed because I thought it would keep out bad stuff and gunk so I poked a whole through and used my little dropper to pick up the amount I needed. But something told
Me to
Remove the paper and there’s algae inside I’m sure this is not normal so this could also be a reason why the hydroguard wasn’t maybe even though I was using it before she got sick and her roots were super healthy and white and this all started after the big reservoir change but I’m just wondering is this a factor as well upon others

here’s the roots there are some newer roots coming in compared to what they looked like last night which is a good sign because those were not there at all yesterday
Rinsing the slim choking them off prior to treatment would quicken recovery I would think of you did that already.
Have and use a tote like that, panda film the black and white plastic can help you minimize light entering your water until you at least get enough leaf to cover it.
Enjoy and good luck.

Can I have hydroguard and h202 running together or does I.T have to be one or the other
?
You can but H2O2 will kill it lol. Peroxide always wins over bacteria like that.

I would not use the hydroguard anyhow, lets see that algae. Should be clear like water.

I tossed the container out but it was green.

Also is hydroguard not good ? It’s what cured my first grow of root rot so I thought it was good ?
I did the sunken method for roots let them soak for an hour so much gunk and old roots came off and slime the roots feel a lot better

There is nothing wrong with hydroguard. Just have to have your timing and environment right for it to be effective. You need to grow a colony of bacteria and it takes time.

This is true ! And because the environment is different for this closet grow vs my room grow I can’t really do that at the time. I’m now running 5 gallon buckets instead so they can have access to more nutrients vs being together trying to share bites and oxygen. How much h202 should I have inside the res it’s about 2 gallons of water per bucket I may add more water. Just want to know how much I should be putting in a 5gal with right now 2gallon res

5ml/L

If it turns out to be 5 gallons, that's about 90mL of 3%.

New healthy roots are coming in
I’ve got the humidity up a little bit
the temp down a little lower but they are still stunted in growth
