Okay, this is what I do, just a personally preference.

I use the paper towel method in a plastic ziplock baggy and once they get that taproot out (usually about a quarter inch to an inch long) I burry the root, but leave the seed head exposed to light. I always see people not being able to get their gear running, I have never not had a seed germinated that didn't grow into a plant. Personally, I believe it helps orientate the seedling, helps them figure out where they are suppose to be going and what they are suppose to be doing, quickly.

Having more problems with the flowering location than I thought I would. Just need to get the extractor fan and ventilation dialed in. Not a short drive, but I have high hopes!

So any updates Farmacy? What strain or strains you have going on now? I wish I could get some of those genetics, I'm lucky enough to get what I can from seed although I don't really have the time to look thru packs. I need to find a good cut then I'm set but never happen. I'll have to keep going thru 5-10 seeds at a time, yeah I know, sucks to be me. Lmao! Good vibes...

Sorry for the lack of updates, trying to get my dream room setup. I think I will need more patients.

I am going to run some OG Chem, some Nightfire OG and the 213 OG.

I need some advice; from what I have seen, the 213 OG yields like shit, but people fkn love it and I am one of the last guys who still holds the genetics (maybe I shouldn't be saying that all over the Internet because I heard the grow op the genetics were stolen from was run by Korean gangsters or something of that nature).

I want to breed the 213 OG to the Fire OG BX3 and then to 'The White S1'. I only have feminized versions of 'The White' and only have 1 mother plant of the 213 OG and one feminized seed, so I have to introduce something else to get because they cannot produce pollen..... Unless I collect feminized pollen and make feminized seeds? Got straight to 213 OG x The White?

Fun fact; if you take a female plant deep into flower, way past her prime, she will eventually produce pollen! This pollen will be XX, female pollen. And can be used to make feminized seeds.

ElManiaco, are you a CA resident? Do you have a legit doctor's recc? What is it that you are looking for, exactly? Kush, OG, sativa, etc.

From what I understand, the dispensaries will NEVER give you a cut from their best phenos, the clones you get are usually like just mediocre phenos.

I just wrote a long ass rant, but luckily it didn't post, lol.

Anyways, I had to move all my shit because I was on another forum that didnt scrub metadata for you like the farm does. So I will not be posting as many pictures until I get settled down and whatnot.
