The majority of people I know that get depressed have high sugar intake for a bad diet, do not exercise and because of that do not sleep well.got a buddy thats depressed.....all I told em was " off ur ass, and on ur feet ... fuck evrything , live for u "

Everyone is always quick to try the new latest and greatest pill, but in most cases if you start eating healthier food”no fast food”, exercise daily for 30-60 minutes”early morning is best because then you benefit from it all day long, and a good 8 hours of sleep. And if you claim you can’t sleep it’s probaly because your not eating right and exercising.
