Leave fans alone you’ll want to avoid any humidity spikes during lights off, this will help. You can let humidity levels get lower in flower.

What RH should I am to have? Should it be the same during lights on and lights off?
I would try to bring it down from mid sixties to mid fourties as your flowers start developing. That’s my preference.

Day 58, 1 of flower:
Thinking I’ll water them tomorrow at 6am when their lights turn on. Tried putting my 6inch inline fan on the lowest setting and temps got to 64°F. Normally gets up to about 68-70 in there during lights on. How would you guys combat the issue of cold temps? It’s gonna be 30-40s °F all week where I live, and my tent has to be in the basement. Other than that, no issues.

Get a space heater if you can… set it outside the tent. If you can, create a “small room” around the tent with a tarp from ceiling to floor, this will help retain the heat around the tent.

If it’s day 1 of flower, you might be able to have lights come on during the night rather than during the day. It doesn’t work with my life’s schedule so mine come on during the day as well.

I got one that’s 1500W, and I would run it nonstop and it only got it up a degree or two. Maybe I’ll have to create a small room to give it more insulation. Stopped running the heater because of the electricity it used. More than the whole grow setup combined.

Try a large heating mat, but use something like styrofoam underneath for insulation. It might bring the temperature up enough not to have to run a heater

Day 59, Day 2 of flower:
Watered all with 500 ML, and used very light nutrients. Gave 3ML of the bloom, 2.5 of the micro, and 2.2 of the veg. This is around what they got their first attempt at a feed, but that was about 2-3 weeks ago. Here’s them right after water. This plant in the front left has outgrown the net. Will this be a problem? I was thinking of getting a second net in a few weeks to support the bud growth. What do you guys think? Also, if I don’t run the humidifier at all, humidity dropped to its lowest at 43%. Could I just take the humidifier out and use it for the veg tent I plan to do? I could probably get rh up just a few points with a bucket of water in the corner or wet towels.

I think I will go with that, thanks. I have my tent sitting on some of that old snap-together hardwood flooring so it’s not sitting on the cold basement floor. Do you think that will be an ok platform,
As long as it’s not radiating cold, it’ll work.

Personally I only run a humidifier in early veg, it’s probably not the best practice but it’s just what I do. On the right front, give her a little bit more of a bend and weave her into the net if possible.

TBH, GROWING IS THE EASIEST, DRYING AND CURING IS YOUR WORST CHALLENGE
Lol, my neighbor grew outdoor from March to October and cured wrong and his bud was too harsh for me to smoke. Im definitely gonna put alot of effort into the curing.

Day 60, Day 3 of Flower:
From what I’ve looked into, some people turn their ppfd to 600 the first day of flower. Mines at around 300. should I be doing this? I’m putting the sodium light in tomorrow morning, I need to try and be ready before 6am so that the MH light doesn’t get too hot. How should I bend this branch more? Is it strong enough to do a 90° turn? I didn’t angle it great when I started training. Other than that, responded relatively well to nutrients I think. Some leaves are angling at ends. What do you guys think?

Use the pinch roll technique to tenderize the stem before bending, at the point where you believe it would work best for you.

Day 61, day 4 of flower:
Another day or two to water I think. I used your advice marty, how does this look? It was leaning towards this direction so I went with it. Otherwise, new growth looking good, I think. They responded well to the nutrients, no nute burn and I can already see new growth not being as light green. Left humidifier off and it stabilized at around 45% rh. Was thinking maybe i’ll just run the humidifier on low for half an hour or so. What do you guys think? Ordered two LED lights, so plan on switching the light soon. Temp sitting at 70°F.
